Best database and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The database is huge, with a lot of information on the companies and the contacts. The data is accurate and fresh. The integration with Salesforce and Salesloft is a big plus. Our sales team loves it to prospect

I had some issues with the platform on big exports but the support solved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate database, more information on our existing database. Definitely helping us find new business.

What do you like best about the product?
* Fast and accurate email addresses. Our tests showed >95% emails are correct thereby reducing bounced rates

price may be a bit high for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Quick prospecting allowing us to scale outreach.
ZoomInfo has the most accurate data I have found so far.

It is solving the number of companies and contacts I have to call. It is saving me a lot of time.
Extremely helpful data append, list searching, and sales development tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand and start using the day you sign up. Great training for all the features and functions, and although price points can get expensive, there are levels for moderate budgets. I love the way they compile the data, it is much more valid than most list providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get super pricey as you add features and more downloads to your package. Also, there are occasional data hiccups where companies are mis-aligned with an industry that they don't belong to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is harder than ever these days and having a reliable lookup tool that gets us the numbers that we need to drive a healthy funnel is so valuable. We are only beginning to scratch the surface of what this tool can do and it is already paying dividends. It helps us easily identify people that fit our profile and have a need for what we offer, saving us the guesswork that is usually involved in prospecting for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using ZoomInfo to find new contacts when I am prospecting. 99% of the time, I receive the correct contact information. I trust the data!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ReachOut extension has to be re-set daily and cookies need to be cleared daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me so much time finding new prospects with correct contact information. I love how their social accounts are all on the same dashboard as well! It's a one stop shop!!

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data available ZoomInfo has to offer is outstanding! I get names, emails, phone numbers, cell numbers. It's absolutely incredible and the accuracy is almost always 100%

I do wish when roles change in a company they're updated a little faster but other than that there really isn't much I would change.

I work in sales and I needed a place that house information for the leads I'm trying to convert to customers and ZoomInfo offers just that. I've gained accurate contact info from ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an 'intent' feature allowing our sales team to prospect companies that have recently looked up keywords that our company provides solutions to. It allows us to have strategic, warm-led outreach rather than sending out untargeted emails and hoping now is the ideal time for our potential customers. It saves us so much time- I never want to prospect without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to this tool yet. I had a glitch where it wouldn't load, but a customer care agent efficiently helped me solve that issue within an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows us to see who is searching an issue, where they are, what their contact issue is, and all the necessary information on their company so that while prospecting, we don't have to do any research outside of the tool.

Sometimes the data provided is not accurate which can impact your learning and in turn, can impact your next steps that are based on those findings.

My Sales data, research data needs and other market-related data needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Great place to export prospects to Outreach for cold calling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is outdated but nobody's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct prospects to call is very important.
It is helpful, a bit more accurate than other databases and integrates easily with Salesforce.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with Salesforce for importing contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
A noticeable amount of contacts are no longer with their companies, though ZoomInfo claims they are and has verified. This may have more to do with The Great Resignation happening in 2021-2022 but is still undesirable.

Getting new, relevant contact at target accounts for better business development.
