Incredibly Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and navigate and find what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all information is accurate but close to all is so overall very helpful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to build out a prospect list.
Very useful! Cuts my research work down to less than half!!!

Being able to find necessary contacts to be able to be more effective with my sales process.

Sometimes the info is not correct. I have been working in the QSR and Medical industry and many positions have been changed or let go.

Cost is somewhat prohibitive to small businesses.

ZoomInfo is a great database!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has all the company info and contact info that I am looking for. I appreciate all the customer contacts that I have found via ZoomInfo. I have not found a better database.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo does have some mistakes, like most databases. It seems like it needs to be updated a little more often. Also, some smaller companies are not in the database or are not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the toughest part of sales which is finding decision makers. This creates more productivity out of me because I no longer have to search for whom to call, I just call them.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is relatively easy to navigate through. The interface is simple and easy on the eyes. Using the Advanced Search is very simple and self explanatory, "Like Stalking Someone On Facebook".

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other platform, there is always room for improvement:
* More Language Options - especially for European Names, Job Titles etc.
*Multi Hub Integration in HubSpot - currently, only 1 Hub could be integrated
*Saved searches are still not public like tags

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use and the one-stop platform for almost all of our marketing needs. It speeds up my workflow and increases productivity.
Combined with automation tools, Zoominfo is a game-changer

The range of data and contact information
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data (titles and companies) are inaccurate. It doesn't hinder usage but makes things slightly more confusing

Allows me to reach prospect market more effectively and intelligently than before

Zoom will allow you to clone yourself, reaching more contacts than before. I cant think of doing my job without it.

What do you like best about the product?
that it allows to narrow my search into categories i'm interested in prospecting. I also enjoy that it allows me to hit certain locations as well as finding specific people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would let me open the site attached to a company without there having to be so many tabs open on my screen. a lot of tabs open tends to get messy on my screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the situation we may have if a site only has an email to get in touch with someone. I like that I can find multiple people in the company and give them a direct call.

What do you like best about the product?
Anyone looking to take the ZoomInfo course needs to be very meticulous in taking down notes. The reason is that the answers to some of the questions are similar and can only be answered correctly after having a full graps of the study material.
What do you dislike about the product?
In retrospect, I actually would have preferred if the questions were less technical...hahaha. But that has its flip side because if the questions were too simple, chances are one may not be able to truly ascertain their level of understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping to solve the challenge that comes from the inability to determine our Ideal Customer Profile with INTENT. Hence, we don't have to fly blind anymore.
Great tool for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Although the information is great, I would say that the integration is what helps me the most. I have ZoomInfo linked to my HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn account. This not only allows me to prospect quicker, but also helps get contacts into sales sequences easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dont like is the keyword search capabilities. I work in the digital accessibility space and whenever I am looking for new contacts or prospects with digital accessibility in their title; I get a lot of people who have "access" in their title, not accessibilitiy. This is not great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most salespeople hate prospecting because its a lot of misinformation out there and finding qualified leads can be tedious. ZoomInfo helps with both finding qualified projects to sell to and seamlessly integrate them into your CRM so the experience is very easy

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside to ZoomInfo is their WebSights feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of companies are not listed on ZoomInfo.

It's helping us reach out to potential clients when they're searching for intent topics related to our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very expensive but it pays for itself in the long run.
