Good UI, Nice Tool, Data Could Use Some Cleanup
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to build filtered lists and get really particular with the types of contacts you're pulling over. The integration with Hubspot also works extremely well for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if someone's changed jobs within the past 8 or 9 months, the data in ZoomInfo is spotty. It makes sense, and it's understandable, but it's frustrating to deal with when you filter by A+ rated data and are still pulling over contacts who are no longer in the companies you're targeting or no longer in the position for which they've been listed. There is a ton of data cleanup being done on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using ZoomInfo to increase the depth of my contact lists in Hubspot for targeted sales outreach. There's not a whole lot more to it from an SDR standpoint. It performs well enough for what I need it for. The Org Chart tool is really nice for organizations like mine who are targeting specific roles within a department -- what's even cooler about it is the ability to open up a contact's profile preview and sift through desirable contacts by cross-checking the info with their LinkedIn profiles. It's saved me a ton of time that would have been spent scraping profiles in LinkedIn for emails and phone numbers, figuring out email address formats for various companies, and sending emails without confidence the email targeted actually exists.
Good Tool for Data and Integration with Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo, recently acquired Discoverorg has some great ways to parse through companies based on technology, geography and projects. For the most part the data is pretty accurate and is easy to pipe in accounts and contacts into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies lack in-depth data so I will generally cross-reference with Linkedin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool to build out accounts in a sales territory and understand the hierarchy in most accounts.
Pretty reliable source of information, intuitive and simple Integration to Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The integration was simple, and allows a good amount of flexibility in its execution, in regards to data enrichment.
Additionally, as an admin, it provides me a useful tool, knowing that the enrichment will run once a day, and can be used to trigger other updates daily (useful for how we're currently doing Account scoring- if any value changes, i know it will be updated at least once a day)

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing fundamentally
Sometimes emails aren't always correct or in the format that we've had success reaching out to, but doesn't happen too frequently

Our outreach has definitely benefitted from using Zoominfo, and having good data makes account scoring, and by proxy our account based targeting, better
Essential Tool For Any Sales Focused Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Finding the contacts is easy and exporting it to our CRM is two clicks away. Information is relevant and accurate for the most part. It saves the team a lot of time in the prospecting front.
What do you dislike about the product?
the credit system for exports and views is not my favorite. I wish it was just an unlimited usage system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
discovering accounts and hierarchy. finding appropriate people. making sense of their budget, news on the company and doing appropriate qualification of leads before even talking to someone. the time we same is enormous and the different ways we can find tailored information for our messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure the integrations work appropriately and that you learn about all the capabilities beyond search.
Health Review
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the real time examples that the reps were able to provide. Makes it easy to digest and understand what is worth moving forward with. I also like that it was concise and to the point. The speakers did a good job of presenting themselves professionally. I felt like I could connect with what they were relating to. Also their settings were clear and able to see and relate to them very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be some more examples around different industries. Also could have included a bit more examples visually rather than talking through it. For visual learners like myself that additional context is always much appreciated. I think it would be very helpful to bring in members that have used this resource successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to identify the right targets to pursue. Also trying to validate who is still with companies. Access to personal emails and mobile phones have also helped. When people question where we got our info it is always easy to lean on the efforts of zoom info.

Quality lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to filter searches to find the right criteria
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of data. So to identify what you need, it does take time to get the right search criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying more leads and not spending as much time going through other websites or CRM
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to secure leads
I have found the data to be extremely accurate and current compared to old lists in the past.
What do you like best about the product?
How up to date the data is and the ability to easily push leads directly into SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to export 250 names per day without eating up bulk credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of spending endless amounts of time researching the right people to contact and the right organizations using the technology we are targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For companies that need access to the most current contact information, consider the amount of time (and money) that will be saved by individuals not needing to spend their time researching the right companies and contacts to call on. If you do these calculations, you will find the benefits far outweigh the costs.
Mostly Accurate and Better Than Anything Else
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile numbers for senior leadership is impressive. Quite a bit of IT leaders to chosse from which is suprising. I like the honesty when it comes to their data, i know what I'm getting into when I pull a list with an 85 on accuracy compared to a 95, there is a real difference. This also helps me filter down.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to keep up with companies nowadays. Their employee size fluctuates greatly, but this is how we segment our sales team so we put it on ZoomInfo to have the most up to date numbers. This is hard to do and they are usually slightly behind the curve. This is slightly frustrating. Also the pricing doesn't correlate to how we use it. We don't drup contacts we bulk uploads and that costs us more. Seems counterintuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing a more tailored outbounding strategy based on key information about prospects. If we do this, they don't feel like they're a number which leads to more conversations.
Valuable resource but missing information
What do you like best about the product?
The contact details provided on key executives is by far the most valuable part of the too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little information on company financials. I am typically trying to get an idea of the size and focus of a company I am contacting for the first time to evaluate them as a prospect. Ideally I would like to see recent revenue and profitability history (summary is fine), links to recent annual reports, a better description of their business, a list of business units, and a summary of recent news.
Also the process of searching for contacts is quirky and not friendly. When I am looking at a company, and I click on 'Employees', I would expect to be taken to a search box. Instead I see a summary of 'Employees by Management Level'. I have to pick one of those levels, and then I get to a search box that has limited my search to the management level I picked. I have to correct that, and then go on with my search. It's a couple of extra steps, but when I'm searching a lot of contacts it is very very annoying, and not very logical.

We are able to identify the key executives we need to reach, and get their contact information to reach them. This information has really improved our ability to make contact and get meetings with the right people.

ZoomInfo is a great tool for finding key executives and their contact information
