Incredibly Useful!!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo take the guesswork out of locating and confirming key targets to market your products to. It is also a user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but when you put in the time to know the process it is very useufl.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating contact information for targeted potential markets.
ZoomInfo is SOO Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to move candidates around and keep things organized when you have multiple searches that you are working on. The search features are super intuitive and make it simple to find the right candidate the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is sometimes less updated than LinkedIn as far as candidate experience so it is always worth the time to make sure that the person you are reviewing is not over or under-qualified for the position you are looking to fill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Engage extension while on linkedin to source contact info all in one place and it makes it very easy to verify the info that you find online from other sources.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent automated email prospecting, using the ZoomInfo SalesOS database. Deep customization for salesflow templates. I use it to keep up with email prospecting, which frees me up for other tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe continues to be the hassle of importing contacts from SalesOS. I wish that I could just search a new contact in Engage and then add them to a salesflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage helps me to be more effective with my time. Also helps to keep people in the "funnel," instead of losing them due to forgetfulness or neglect. I also benefit from receiving notifications that someone has opened my prospecting emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take one or more of the training! Engage is not the most intuitive and this helps.

What do you like best about the product?
As a B2B Inside Sales representative; ZoomInfo is a vital part of my job. Being able to locate "the" person in a company is a necessity and ZoomInfo helps make it an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZoomInfo is that it is not always updated with a company's employee and position changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS makes it easier to find the correct person to speak to and the means to contact them. This helps me be more productive in my position.

A Vital tool in any type of B2B position.

Lots of features, but all come in handy once you know how to use it!

The filtering for organizations and contacts saves you time. With the scoops, intent you can go beyond just contact info and customize your approach and hit their pain points from the start.

There is a lot of power and tools that can be overwhelming. Exports and fields of info need to be customized to get everything you need.
Some org charts contain old and out-of-date contacts and contact info. There is a grading system on how confident they are in this information, but you will need to add or adjust the grading to keep these results out of your search.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo I am able to save time by fast and easy filtering for searches that get to the right companies and decision makers, saving a ton of wasted hours and dollars trying to contact anyone and everyone, only to find out they are not the right person.

Make sure all of the bells and whistles you see are part of your package or need to be added.

I wish I had more lists I could build without reaching the max so fast

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to locate a company and find out what they make/manufacture as well as find the correct contact for any inquiries I may have. I like the flow of the email campaigns as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is no notification when an email campaign has finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me flow important contacts into email campaigns, and the system does notify me if anyone has visited our website.

ease of looking up contacts and finding new companies for prospects I like how I can drill down by so many fields

A lot of upselling ZoomInfo is amazing two drawbacks are the price and the continuous upselling of more products. Don't get me wrong its a great product much value added

Big dollar ticket item but lots of value-added need to have a good grasp of how you are going to implement in many roles to get the best bang for your buck

Provides information on prospective markets. I appreciate the filter tools including the scoops, industry, different types of contacts as well as accuracy tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exclusions filter tool should be available for subscribed lists and/or provide an alert on individuals that may have changeds organizations. Including a way to track dates when individuals leave or join an organization would be invaluable. How I may need to not just pull leads per month but redeem them that month as well (not confirmed yet hopefully not)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides clarity on the which organizations are more viabile as prospects. It has increased my passive marketing efforts.
