As good as you can get for prospecting information. This and Navigator are all you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Large database for prospecting. Removes a lot of the guesswork. Easy integration to our prospecting tool. Previously used DiscoverOrg, who I believe acquired ZoomInfo (or it was a merger). Both are great. DiscoverOrg's service and agility in searching out/adding new sources/prospects was unparalleled, but I do believe ZoomInfo has a larger database of prospects -- at least at the time we switched over. All in all, the upside of this tool is it will significantly decrease your time to build prospecting lists, even if many of those will bounce back once you try and make contact. Sifting through to find buyers of your particular platform is very easy.
I also like that there are built-in integrations for both SalesLoft and Outreach. Both platforms that our team has utilized at one point or another. We currently use Outreach. So you're covered with integrations to either of the go-to prospecting tools. Similar with CRM -- we use Salesforce but there is also a Hubspot integration.
Either way, you're in good shape.

What do you dislike about the product?
Information is typically accurate, though often outdated. Many of your prospects will have left the company they are being advertised as working for. Also, the UI is a bit outdated. Not a huge deal, but could certainly be cleaned up. Relatively slow when transferring lists to our prospecting tool. Similarly, can only do so in batches of 25 employees at a time. Again -- nothing too strenuous here, but could certainly be better. Similarly, emails are typically accurate (if outdated), but phone numbers are sometimes attributed to general company line, which is of little value. Overall, relatively slow and clunky from finding prospects to getting them going in a cadence. Of course, outbounding/prospecting is drudge work regardless and for all intents and purposes, this tool makes it exponentially easier. My use of this is as straightforward as it gets, so I have few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting, prospecting, prospecting. Invaluable, even if imperfect, resource for generating pipeline. The reality is -- many will move on and companies often change up the structure of their emails to throw off sales people, but the platform catches these shifts and makes appropriate fixes in a pretty timely fashion. There are a decent amount of prospects whose contact info they have without having their title available. In these instances, you'll need to crosscheck LinkedIn and that can turn into a time suck. As a BDR this is fine, when all you do is prospect. But as a rep working to supplement pipeline it can make it a very frustrating workflow. For this reason, this is an especially good solution to use in tandem with LI Navigator. As a standalone, it doesn't get you all the way there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool. Easy integrations with outbounding software (Outreach). Again, imperfect in the timeliness of employment updates, but still an invaluable resource. Needs to be used in tandem with LinkedIn Navigator for full view into prospects. Often slow transfer times and can only batch 25 at a time, as mentioned above -- so there are some improvements. Could very well be that these options are available at a higher tier, as well. I don't know as I am not the administrator for the platform. I also had a tremendous experience with DiscoverOrg while using that platform. Their customer service was unrivaled and while our organization ultimately chose to make the switch for a catalogue of info more aligned with our industry/etc., I imagine that the customer service found with DiscoverOrg is as formidable for the ZoomInfo operation, as well..? Not sure as I haven't had to utilize it since we made shift, but I'd be surprised if it weren't.
ZoomInfo from a Marketer's Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use, and the Salesforce Integration makes it even easier to add accounts and contacts directly to Salesforce and accessing the ZoomInfo platform with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having visibility into what accounts and contacts you already have in Salesforce while querying within Zoom. Haven't had a lot of success using any type of suppression, and just leaning on duplicate management rules to block dupes from being created is great but sometimes from a research perspective would be nice to capture that number without having to export, the credit model makes this prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identifying contacts within those accounts

Zoominfo for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Prospecting feature and ease of integration with Hubspot. I can quickly research and upload appropriate contacts into Hubspot to support outreach efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can be a bit outdated. I would like to see more market and industry segmentation

Great way to enrich data and source new contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to export a list on contacts based on criteria such as title, company size, and location. It was great when it when we need more email address for some campaigns. The data is usually up-to-date as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be difficult to get the contacts imported back into Salesforce but we didn't have the integration as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are again enrich contacts with update information and get new names. It helps our business development refresh an account when they are hitting a wall.
Quality Data, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is quick to adopt and makes life in sales more productive. I've used other contact databases in the past and have found they're much less expansive and intuitive to use than ZoomInfo. What I love is it integrates with salesforce which allows me to work out of my CRM and reduce swivel chair scenarios when looking for additional contacts at an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the lead lists can be outdated, for example an employee has a recent job change and zoominfo only has their previous job's contact info. It's important when new POC's start at your customer/prospect accounts that you can easily get in touch with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Contact management
2. Lead list building
3. Company intelligence collecting

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leading organization use it for a reason, the tool is quick to adopt by reps and saves sales reps hours of their time having to navigate corporate phone trees to get in touch with contacts.
At a previous start up I worked at we would use tools like Contacts+ which did not have even close to the amount of quality data. Half of my day would be spent testing out emails to ensure my messages were getting through. Once we implemented Zoominfo we saw our meetings booked per week sky rocket.
Recommend to any organization looking to scale their support and save their reps time and enable them to focus on selling and not throwing spaghetti on the wall.
Hope this helps, cheers!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the vast amount of data built into the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the number of options to filter I feel like I maybe missing opportunities by not making the correct selection or choice in my search. If there was a simplified "canned filter" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the platform to prospect to those individuals who may not be as familiar with our services and solutions.

Invaluable asset to my business
What do you like best about the product?
I am in the recruiting world. I have called on individuals time and time again for months on end and never got a callback. Once I signed up for ZoomInfo, I discovered they had changed their contact information and was able to get in touch within a matter of days. The ROI for my business will greatly outweigh the cost of ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to exclude specific companies or individuals that I am already working with
Email addresses are clickable to make easy and enter into my database, I wish phone numbers were also click to copy to make pasting in database easier
Have had issues with ReachOut extension on LinkedIn

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact information for specific individuals to get to decision-makers rather than being re-routed to HR departments.
When looking to recruit an individual for a job, having their mobile number if possible makes conversation much better as calling them at their employer is frowned upon

Taulia ZoomInfo review
What do you like best about the product?
For someone that makes outbound calls and having the ability to bypass the gatekeepers helps me get to the decisionmaker. I also really appreciate the accuracy of the data especially the email. I really love the Zoominfo extension
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform integrated better with LinkedIn. When I search the contact with the Zoominfo plug into LinkedIn, the contact is not tied to the individual of the company, especially if the name is common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access the direct dial of the decision-maker. This has helped me surpass the barriers such as the Gatekeeper and has sped up the sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
