Quick access to key contacts to help us prospect, has helped us enrich our data and learn more about our prospects prior to contacting them
Great product for customer research
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Has good information. Buttons are clearly marked and the system is pretty intuitive even for a beginner. The data is mostly relevant and it works well on chrome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't work as well with microsoft as it does with Chrome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy. The data is getting better and I have used this data to close sales. I am more productive with this software.

Does not transfer all of the information on the employee location correctly to my database (when working remotely).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data from imported/uploaded spreadsheets and populating our internal database has become more accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides quite a simple and functional interface for finding appropriate companies, people, and their contacts. Two things I like the most are buying committee filter, which allows you to create your ICP, and tags, which allow you to exclude certain audiences. And of course, the integration part is working awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced things are not really obvious. For example, I never knew that I could actually use binary search within the ZI search bar. Though the support team worked just good enough to let me know that this is possible :)
And of course, you still have to work through the exported results manually if you want really accurate data for your ABM campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are launching B2B Outbound activities just now and ZI finds us a lot of DMs and other personas within the list of targetted accounts. I would definitely recommend ZI for all those who work with B2B mid and large enterprises.

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple numbers is very helpful. I like to call the cell or mobile number at the end of the day to try and catch them live. This gives me the option to try many different numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it needs to be updated more often. For the most part, it is okay but a lot of the time you will check the linked in or the company's website and the prospects have moved on. Is there a way to fix this?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I said it before but finding the numbers and emails of clients. It is easy to use with sales loft and Hubspot as well. Makes my job as a busy sales pro much easier.

Use it! It is a numbers game. This is the best at finding peoples info

What do you like best about the product?
Engage is our new secret weapon and we continue to be impressed by its functionality and ease of use. Just "set it and forget it"... until the responses start rolling in from all the outreach you're now doing without lifting a finger. It is honestly magical technology and we are so grateful to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot here, so it can take some getting used to to set everything up. I would love if there were a way to more easily increase and decrease the number of auto emails going out among individual members of a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would take so much more manpower than we currently have to send out just a fraction of the cold and warm outreach we can do using Engage. It also gives us automatic analytics on how our outreach is doing, which is so helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing zoominfo for everything it can do, but they also give you tips and tricks that aren't just about zoominfo and really help prospecting and sales. Alot of great tips!

Test was a little confusing with some of the questions, but overall everything was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS is helping make all of the salespeople in the world better, which helps everyone including other salespeople.

I dislike maybe that there seems to be a fair amount of 'noise' on the pages and perhaps could have a cleaner, simpler layout.

We are solving the problem of not being able to find valuable sales info. ZoomInfo SalesOS enables us to access the right information we need at our fingertips, instantly.

I use this application on a daily and it makes finding contacts so much easier there are plenty to pick from to increase your odds of making contact with your potential customer

You pay to use this application, as if that's not annoying it limits how many accounts, contacts, and emails you can view unless you pay an insane amount to have unlimited views

It does give a very accurate contact when the company in actually on zoom info if the company is not you must find p her ways of getting contract they need to add more companies
