Good app overall but wish it had more accurate data

What do you like best about the product?
Very wide database with lots of extremely valuable information. Hardly ever a company with no info at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
My life would be a lot easier if there were more direct lines. Often times I’ll find a great prospect who is unreachable through zoom info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining much needed contact info for prospects. It has provided a much simpler workflow than the alternative of searching the internet for the information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the market but it is not a bad option

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to mass transfer quality leads into SFDC and the LinkedIn connection/ability to bring people from LinkedIn to SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data from ZoomInfo can be outdated. We also use DiscoverOrg which us much more updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right prospects to reach out to, thier phone numbers, and emails. Gathering company information. In DiscoverOrg, setting up various subscriptions to get valuable information pushed to us. Streamlining our top of the funnel sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Zoominfo's vast directory of prospects direct numbers. There are thousand of prospects that I find on LinkedIn and use Zoominfo to find the right ways to connect with them, which in turn allows me to make more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they could improve the email addresses for the bigger enterprise companies. A lot of the time the email they give you ends up bouncing which results in the prospect not receiving our emails. If they could verify more emails, this would allow us to reach out to more customer and have a better outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to get contact information for all of our prospects. We also use it to look into an organization and see where people fall in the organization and who's who.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advice new users to be careful when using the direct lines because sometimes that phone number is not still the users that it says it is. I would also be careful when using the title of the person because a lot of the time it is different than what it says it is on linkedin.

I love the SalesNav pluggin as it allows me to import into my CRM directly from LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
DOnt like that I cant import numbers from international countries

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to obtain direct lines and emails from prospects that you wouldn't otherwise have access to
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps about 15% of the time, the info is incorrect. Wrong line, wrong email or no longer employed.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful parts of ZoomInfo are how seamlessly it integrates into other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc) and its general ease of use. The user experience of this tool is super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about ZoomInfo -- it makes my job so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I can think of is that a lot of the time, the data is out of date -- it shows a prospect's former company, incorrect phone numbers, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend implementing this tool for your sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that ZoomInfo / DiscoverOrg helps my prospecting to flow smooth and saves me time. I think that the Salesforce Integration is key for me and I love it. The LinkedIn integration helps me a lot as well. Being able to have a platform that seamlessly integrates with all my other tools (i.e. SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is very important to me as I do mostly outbound prospecting which means saving time in my day doing manual processes for pulling in leads/accounts is top priority. ZoomInfo / DiscoverOrg gives me that flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy and have inaccurate information so I am sometimes finding myself cross-checking between ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg to get the right information. The glitches and common shutdowns can really impead on my daily tasks/ KPIs. In order for me to be successful at my job, I need my tools to be working and at my disposal. I also commonly have issues with inaccurate information on private companies / accounts. Being that a big part of my work is with commercial accounts (>4,500 employees) - this has been a blocker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am gaining insight into the accounts that I am going after and able to reach out to my prospects in a timely fashion. I use ZoomInfo to pull in relevant leads/accounts to Salesforce and directly use this data to strategically reach out to prospects and accounts. Doing this process manually would not be ideal for the volume that I experience in my role.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a very critical platform for prospecting. ZoomInfo / DiscoverOrg has the best data that I have ever seen for prospecting but sometimes it can feel a little bit unorganized. I think if you are in a high volume role or looking for a tool for your employees that are in a high volume prospecting role than this platform will help you succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
Account data accuracy has been very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful, there is plenty of data but not all is up to date regarding contact information. Contact last seen data should be about 3 months, 6 months is a 50/50 chance of accuracy. However, I do understand that that is pretty strict and limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits, helping our sales team reach out to their most qualified accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has increased our sales team overall quality, our D&A team has been achieving goals with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo not only pulls up their phone number, but also pulls up their direct line and email to contact them. It makes it easier to reach the prospects and options for multiple avenues to get in touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how ZoomInfo doesn't have the most complete database of contact information. Especially for a lot of my international contacts, it is often hard to find the correct information or even a phone number at all for those personas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having to manually go through each contact on ZoomInfo and then have to transfer all their information back to Salesforce. I have saved a ton of time! With ZoomInfo powered by DiscoverOrg, I feel like the process has been even quicker and there has been more information present with the contacts I have researched.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is able to accurately provide important contact information for top prospects. It is seamlessly integrated with our CRM making exporting contacts a breeze. ZoomInfo allows us to find high quality leads throughout our target accounts without having to do extra work. Having a browser plugin for chrome makes exporting prospects a quick and fast process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo is a great platform, there are a few drawbacks that come to mind. One of the largest is the long load times. Sometimes Zoom info is unable to pull information for companies that I would expect it to have information on. In addition, ZoomInfo often has glitches on the Google chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has allowed my team to drastically increase our outbound efforts by providing high quality contacts at our target accounts. We have benefited from its ease of use as well as allowing us to book more meetings.
