Tool for greater success

What do you like best about the product?
I work in sales and ZoomInfo is a major part of my success and it's something I use every day. The amount of times I've gotten commission because of ZoomInfo leads is a lot. I always fight to keep this tool at my company! If you can manage a facebook account than you can handle ZI no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I never really know how accurate the information is. The industry I work in constantly changes so I imagine how hard it would be to have everything updated all the time. So overall my biggest complaint is just something that can't be avoided in my industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I set more meeting with ZoomInfo. Even if the contact is out dated it often helps me gain more useful information and get other leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You might end up finding contacts that will lead you to the correct POC. Some are hard to find right out the bat but keep digging.

What do you like best about the product?
I like finding information about companies that I am prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is inaccurate contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend a lot of time prospecting and it is important to check the website of the company I'm prospecting to confirm information is 100% accurate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speaking as a Sales Representative, ZoomInfo SalesOS is an essential tool to have to set one up for success.

What do you like best about the product?
The operation is just the way it should be to capture the market needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such on sincere notes. Time to time it's getting better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are none. I just request to the team to have more robust filters options loaded.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo always has the contacts that I need. Great data and always gets me connected to the right people. If you can't find the person you are looking for they are more than willing to go find them. The team is always readily available to help with any questions that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The google chrome app is wonky at times. It doesn't update automatically and sometimes won't allow you to move onto the next contact until you refresh your page. Also they don't go back through their data very often to make sure people aren't dead. Yes I have made those calls and they aren't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stated the issues that I was having above in my post. The benefits are being able to get ahold of anyone that you could want to. The data is good but also doesn't get cleaned out very often.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make cold calls feel like warm leads. I had someone that I reached out to the other day say "It's like magic, we started talking about needing what you offer mere days before you called"
What do you dislike about the product?
That I did not have this at any of my other prospecting jobs. I feel like this software should be required at any reputable company. It's like all the time I spent with traditional prospecting was wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of blind prospecting. Being able to only prospect companies that are in the market for my product is a huge advantage and a great time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a huge help to our business on a day-to-day basis. I have implemented ZI at two companies now and both have thrived with the help of ZI.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be hard as an admin to train individual employees. When using the Intent and Websight features as an Admin I cant preselect filters for my team. This causes me to to have to have multiple pieces of training to ensure everyone understands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find contact information for individuals in leadership positions. Having this contact information makes life so much easier for our inside sales team. The ability to gain this information so quickly has allowed our team to be more efficient day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
We've gone through several different contact data enrichment software, and ZoomInfo always ranks highest across the board. The integration piece is seamless. We integrate it with our CRM and Sales Engagement platforms, which massively boost our productivity. I also enjoy the ZoomInfo extension when prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a weakness, given that every contact data enrichment company faces this same issue, but every now and then, the contact data will be inaccurate. However, I will say that we chose ZoomInfo over a competitor that we actively used because the data accuracy was much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have broadened our reach to various personas with ZoomInfo and increased our connection rates via cold-calling. Not only has our connection rates increased, but since ZoomInfo's data accuracy is better than its competitors, we've been able to capture the right emails, enabling us to send out more emails and receive more replies. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Integrating ZoomInfo with your tech stack will make a compelling difference when prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding Contacts for outreach and their job title. Easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is no company info. Some companies have no employee information, sometimes meaning I can't do outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding more up-to-date contacts. I have fewer issues exporting the contact info than I did on Rocket Reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Book a meeting with your representative and have them go through how to use it.

Sometimes it is a little glitchy, especially with the extension but it always sorts itsself out

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts that are provided from Intent search are warmer than ever before. Because I know what they're interested in, I already have a talking point that is relevant to them and can tailor the conversation to what they're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on in ZoomInfo. It can be difficult to make sense of it all and navigate the website. It feels like the list of business/contacts in Intent search results are designed to be exported, rather than be a dashboard. If ZoomInfo could adjust its interface to be more of a dashboard, it could become close to an all-in-one CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting clients that have shown potential interest in our products and services has never been easier or more reliable. Finding contact information like direct line, email, and LinkedIn is so helpful when prospecting.
