This is the quickest and easiest way to add contact information
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Zoom for months. It is quick and easy to add potential client information. It is accurate and works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see something to tell me on the company page that information is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to contact the people we need at the C-Level.

What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR, I like the ability to load lists of accounts given to me in multiple different formats and easily search for accounts and contacts using a variety of filters. The integration with LinkedIn and Salesforce is also crucial to effortless lead building and data loading to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not figured out a good way to save my searches as a preferred search template. I can "save and subscribe" to a specific output, but an easy dropdown to populate my advanced search criteria as a template would save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finds leads that match a persona. Finds similar leads based on parameters. Finds contact information for leads when it is missing in other sources (such as LinkedIn).
Simply the best!

A winning interface meets readily-available data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials were inconsistent. Some were trained well, others fell short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct data leads to more wins.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research potential decision-makers using highly specific filters and then export them to my Hubspot CRM for continued communication helps ZoomInfo outshine all competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot see on the company page if the Top Executives on the right side of the screen have LinkedIn profiles without clicking into that page, this can take considerable time when using Zoominfo to grow your Linkedin Network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to be able to have better insight into a company's buying committee. With Zoominfo can build our contact database much deeper, as well as collect intent and Linkedin profiles to give us another potential touch point if needed to move a deal foward.

The abundance of valuable insights about target companies; intuitive design and customizable displays; easy integration with CRM; intent signals are super helpful to discover new target companies that wouldn't have been on my radar otherwise and are actively in the market for a product like ours
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally not up to date employee information (ex: will crosscheck on LinkedIn and find out that that person has moved on to a different company) but totally understand that people movement is extremely challenging to keep up with

Finding the best contacts at target companies to reach out to with related contact info immediately available; integrations with LinkedIn and Salesforce make it extremely easy to navigate between sales tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love ZoomInfo's ability to ListMatch my company accounts. From there, I can filter contacts by several options including contact score, titles, locations, and even departments. It then allows me to easily export to Salesforce or Salesloft directly! Gamechanger!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there can be an easier way to add random companies to saved searches. I've been using the tagging feature as a wrap-around, but I feel like there could be an easier way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to supplement my prospecting data with more accurate phone numbers, emails, and titles. This has allowed me to establish credibility and improve my reach-out attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only the availability of many filters but the ability to add key words to focus more directly on your business. Also scoop is a big help in tracking down more specifics about what you are trying to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I downloaded too many incorrect contacts/companies. I think there should be an ability in the beginning to make those kinds of mistakes without having to add to your payments!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get people interested in our offering. Getting better "openings" and "click throughs" on campaigns, but still too early to let you know about the increase in our business.
