Efficient data compiled in a central location.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy was to load and transfer data to Salesforce.

You do get quite a few false or inaccurate emails for contacts.

Missing contacts for salesforce. Great call list for my prospecting.

Highly recommend. Mamy tools to help in a variety of directions and needs for each team member. Easy to use, but also many tools and support to make sure you understand the system and all that it offers.

Monthly budget for downloading, location is not always correct, and lnd page is missing for most contacts

What do you like best about the product?
Almost unlimited amount of data, no matter what your search parameters are. It has given us thousands of fantastic sales leads that have turned into hundreds of potential new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the data is incomplete and the email addresses (our primary way of making first contact) are not verified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost doubled our business and revenues with this system/resource.

I am still very pleased, While engage is going away I am hoping a new product will be coming in, The updates to Zoom have been great and I just did an updated call with my account manager to go over features. Its always a great experience.

They will need something to replace the engage product

I need the caller to clear tasks once I begin calling. I don't like to clear them manually if there's nothing to mention. I've seen this feature work but I think mine is buggy

reducing distractions, streamlining sales calls, getting more done, automating my outreach to generate more results

This is a fantastic tool for contacting your sales lists. It would be nice to have the engage section open in a portion of the screen that allows you to look up contact information without exiting your engagement flow, but other than that, it's well laid out and easy to use.

It has saved my team hours of data entry and prospecting. It also eliminates a lot of the open-source intelligence work when it comes to finding emails and phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gave my sales team the ability to reach the right contacts more often that ever before. We saw strong growth throughout the pandemic when more buyers are working remotely thanks to this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would need to get nitpicking to fill in this part of the review to be honest. Changing platforms between Engage and Sales took a step, but I think that has been updated now.

Our entry level sales reps shaved off an average of 18 months in account development to get to altitude with Zoominfo Vs greenfield development. Our SR reps took their years of experience and were able to build our new business with high impact to our growth. Pipeline business grew in the SR rep team faster that in prior years. The dream list of accounts that were difficult to penetrate became attainable for several territories.

This tool is worth every penny! Transformed our sales team reach many times over.
