What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day. The data is trustworthy and the UE is top-notch, wish we got it earlier.

I wish my org updated to the AI module but other than that, I have no complaints.

Overpriced and Underwhelming for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overviews for companies, providing insights into their size and revenue. These statistics are beneficial, even though they are generally accessible through regular searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that ZoomInfo Sales is overpriced, especially considering our company size and the maturity level. It doesn't solve any problems for us or provide benefits that justify its cost. I also believe that similar tasks of enrichment and research can be handled by less expensive tools. Furthermore, I don't find it necessary for our company, as we are a small company in the early stages and struggling with lead generation, making it less relevant. Additionally, there is nothing appealing about the product that makes me consider purchasing it again for our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I can pull up a list of the right people in minutes instead of spending hours on LinkedIn or Google. The filters are super handy and the contact info is usually spot on. I also like that I can see if a company is showing interest in what we offer, which helps me know where to put my time. It gives me a clear idea of which leads are actively interested, so I can focus my efforts where it count. And the integration with our CRM has been smooth and saves a lot of manual entry

Honestly, I haven't run into any problems yet, it's been working smoothly for everything I have needed.

Before using ZoomInfo, prospecting felt like a never eding task. now i can just runa search, get verified contacts and push them right into our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has completely changed how we approach prospecting. The Amount of contact and company data available is massive, and the accuracy is impressive. I can filter by very specific criteria, which make targeting much easier, I also appreciate how often the data is updated. It saves a ton of time i used to spend verifying information manually. I use this frequently and it's easy to use.

Nothing to complaint about, it's been consistent and dependable.

It's helping us identify and connect with decision makers much faster. Before ZoomInfo, our team struggled to get past the discovery stage with new leads. Now, we go into every conversation with better context and contract accuracy, which increases conversion rates.

ZoomInfo Sales gives me access to a huge database of prospects with detailed company and contact information. I like how I can filter by job title, location, company size, and industry to get exactly the leads I need. And it a easy to use. It helps identify companies that may already be looking for our type of solution. The interface is easy to navigate, and i use it regularly to build targeted lists for campaigns. What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing tool to find leads and details of executives from top companies. The emails and contact details provided are accurate which is best. As it helps us to reach out to them directly. It is easy to use and has vast variety of data present

The trial plan is very short and allows to check only 10 emails which is very less compared to competitors. The customer sales team is also painful as they keep disturbing the user.
