Prospecting with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo Chrome extrnsion makes it so efficient to get the data I need from wherever I am working. Whether I am looking for the right person to reach out to in LinkedIn, or getting ready to make a call in outreach. I can easily use the chrome extension to look up contact information and make sure I have the best chance of reaching them.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be difficult to get contact reports to sync with your account book from salesforce so that you are only getting updated contacts related to your accounts. This can lead to manual time still fitlering through the lists to only grab the relevant contacts you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of making sure you have the most accruate conact info which gives me the best chance of reaching a potential buyer. This solves the problem of wasting time searching for the correct info acorss salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sources.

Useful Tool with Helpful Insights
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been a very useful tool for our sales team tool. Implementation was quick and integrating it with our CRM was easy. We use it mostly for finding the best contact data, but have also found it useful to identify buying signals to help focus our prospecting efforts. The integration with Salesforce works well, making it easy to pull data. Overall, it's been a great asset to our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo’s data is mostly accurate, we do run into outdated emails and duplicate organization records from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us find the contact information in account we want to prospect. It makes it easy to load that data into our CRM. It also helps us narrow down the accounts we focus on based on selling signals (scoops and intent).
Valuable tool for keeping B2B data relatively clean
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and search functionality as well as the ability to sync their data to our instance of Salesforce. This allows us to determine if we think their data is more accurate than ours and choose which data to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the data itself, Zoominfo says it’s data is 90% accurate. I would venture a guess that is it closer to 75%. Which is still pretty great considering the hundreds of millions of records they have. If they could fix three key issues; swapping someone’s current job with their last job, merging different people with the same name into one contact and giving people the same “local” address as the company’s corporate headquarters , their accuracy score would come much closer to that 90%.

Helping us keep track of very valuable customers that have changed jobs as well as keeping our pipiline full.

large database of contacts across multiple industries and lots of ways to search for contacts, not just via industry and company

can sometimes be very complicated with lots to choose from and when looking for contacts across multiple companies, it can be cumbersome to use

gives a list of potential people to reach out to based on the criteria fed to the software
Easy Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I am satisfied on how Zoominfo Sales makes my work so much easier. You have the freedom to contact whoever you choose on your prospected company. It may not be 100% perfect but it certainly almost there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buttons don't work or menus don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone from Sales, Zoominfo provides one-stop information about the company you are prospecting for with great detail. Most of the times I get the contacts of the key people in the company or other contacts in the company that may lead me to the key contact. it's better that going through the gatekeepers. This saves me a lot of time and I can spend it where it matters.

Personally, I've found ZoomInfo sales to be a game-changer for my work. It's not just a contact database; it's a powerful research tool. I especially appreciate the company profiles and insights – they give me the context I need to personalize my outreach and avoid generic pitches. The AI features are a real plus, too, helping me prioritize my efforts and focus on the leads most likely to convert. Sure, it's an investment, but for me, the improved efficiency and the ability to connect with the right people make ZoomInfo an invaluable asset.

Some of the information may not be accurate. Eg, contacts who have left, etc.

Getting infomation in bulk without the hassle of searching
