Most Reliable Database Software for Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
In case of Zoominfo, what I liked the most about ZoomInfo is Direct Numbers, Mobile Numbers, Business Email addresses, Intent Topics, Scoops etc. All these main features help us to reach out to targeted clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few points to discuss dislikes. In Zoominfo, sometimes, there is personal email address has been mentioned in place of business email. few contacts are still not updated as per LinkedIn profiles So Zoominfo needs to update its database atleast weekly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo enables us to make it easy in various ways as we can easily find out any scoops or intent signals regarding any specific company. It is very simple to get any direct or cell phone numbers of any specific contacts to which we need to reach out. We easily carry out our marketing email campaign with the help of business email which we get from ZoomInfo. there are so many features that ZoomInfo provides us to make it the best of it.
If you are not using ZoomInfo already, you are missing out!
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoominfo Intent feature is amazing! It's played a key part in me approaching leads intelligently, and as a result, I have booked a lot of meetings from using it. Oh and all of these features integrate beautifully with Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the prospects' phone numbers don't show up, but this does not happen all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that Zoominfo gives me super-rich sales intelligence on companies, buying personas, and what technologies they have been researching which has significantly optimized my prospecting, research, and the process of identifying leads.

Oldie but goodie. All the fundamental components of account & contact profiles

With many working remotely or leaving their companies, the error rate is higher

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to pull all my competitor's account lists and the relevant decision-maker details. Saves a lot of time. Zoom info also helps create accounts on SFDC and migrate data directly to SDFC with a single click
What do you dislike about the product?
Local competitor data is not available and there are a ton of companies who use the local service provider and it would be great if Zoom info can also provide data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacts information, Competitors' data, technology platforms, a weekly update from Zoom for relevant leads, easy upload of data into SDFC within no time and relevant contacts

Must have tool if you are in Sales or Lead Generation

Websights and Intent are worth taking a look at. Probably the most powerful prospecting tool out there.

Kinda weird when they changed over companies because there were two versions of it. Seems to be ok now though.

We wanted a more targeted look at our prospects and have gotten just that.

What do you like best about the product?
This is best tool for authentic data in Sales. You can use advanced searches to find the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more advanced features for pulling the data so that you can use it for your cold calling and emails as well.

The problem we solving with ZoomInfo is the authentic phone numbers and email Ids and company contact information.
Best prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides you to drill down to your ideal customer profile with many filter options they provide. It saves a lot of prospecting time and helps generate more sales opportunities for any company
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is incorrect, I would like to have an option to only export leads that are still working at the present company which is sadly not there. Zoominfo at times provides leads that do not match the title filter applied.

Lead Mining, Market Intelligence, Lead Intelligence, Lead capture, Account/ Company research, Email Mining based on specific accounts, and Email Verification New Accounts or contact allerts
Greatest data platform I've ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The access to data is really powerful. Every company we have looked for we've found and the access to relevant contact level data is always there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the cheapest solution. Utilizing this platform requires you to look beyond the data and at additional included features to make the cost make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to data at a company and contact level as well as traffic analyzation on our website to know if the companies we are contacting are making it to our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize their account support. Cameron, our AM, is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. As far as the data is concerned they have it, but for the price if all you want is access to data there are cheaper options. The value is in the entire platform as a solution.
ZoomInfo is a MUST HAVE
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I find most helpful the verifired contacts and associated organizational charts. The ability to search employees by location, function, etc. is invaluable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful facet of ZoomInfo is the company information, financials, etc.. In fairness, we subscrible to other services who specialize in this data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business development outreach and network building is the challenge that ZoomInfo helps us solve. The benefits include accuracy, time savings, etc..
