What do you like best about the product?
Finding emails, names, titles, and emails while quickly synching to Salesforce and importing contacts directly into accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found a lot of missing emails, wrong contact info, primarily phone numbers, and job title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sourcing contacts for sales calls, would be great if zoom info was branded better as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
more emails and contact info in general would be greatly appreciated. also, if they could broaden the scope of companies that they have on the platform. notifications would also be great if they pinged you when new contacts were available for the accounts you have looked up in the past. other than that I find the platform pretty resourceful

Can be buggy at times and the record amount and quality outside the US is not great

What do you like best about the product?
The information held on some companies is really in depth, you can find out who the key decision makers are and what department they are in. you can also see how many employees a company has. There is also the ability to see what technologies some companies are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
i find the layout rather slow compared to other sites, the navigation is also hard.Some companies you think would be on there are not, a few people i contacted didn't work there any more but that is expected i guess.Some companies do not have contact numbers Not really much else to complain about really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sales intelligence, researching companies and finding out who the key stake holders are. we also use this for email contacts for mail campaigns.there is not a high bounce rate and people seem to be opening the emails.you can also look at how much a company makes in turn over.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you would like a database of contacts, with job titles and what role they are at then this a good product. data is pretty up to date in my opinion.The pricing we paid we more expensive than other Providers we looked at, however the data is very in depth.if you are using act on then this will benefit you as we use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info allows me to do my job. It provides me a database of emails and phone numbers that can be found through numerous filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom info has a tendency to have accurate information in terms of if an employee still works at their organization. It also sometimes has difficulties with its API to SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get the contact information of individuals who are my target audience for my organization. It has allowed me to realize the power of an email database.

It is a great tool for you to be able to scrape prospect information and allow for effective email outreach.

Our firm manages fundraising campaigns for nonprofits. We use Zoominfo as a tool to find prospective donors.

Definitely worth a test drive. I wish they had a discount for nonprofit organizations' use.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is fantastic and just what I need when I'm navigating through my prospecting processes. Another, aspect is how it allows you search for companies or contacts individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I search for a company or a name that has been verified by cross referencing and it ZoomInfo does not populate any information on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of trying to locate multiple contacts within a specific title and/or account/industry.

I would highly recommend ZoomInfo for anyone prospecting Enterprise Organization and trying to multi-thread

What do you like best about the product?
It is a software that allows you to manage in a very specific way, which saves a lot of time and makes market segmentation a totally efficient process, also generates marketing analysis, which, emit detailed information about the campaigns carried out, product or service offered, strategy used, the impact caused and the public captured, thus having in the palm of the hand the possibility of contact with the target reached and following the information extracted with respect to the client the new marketing proposals are generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
In specific situations the information is not usually accurate or updated but you must be aware that these are the consequences of having such a large and extensive database, it is also important to note that you do not perform a constant update, so you can present the case that people leave their position for various reasons and still appear as an available contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it basically in the departments aimed at sales and Marketing, it is an eminence to extract customer data, phone numbers, emails, addresses, among others. In such a way that ZoomInfo allows us to find and maintain potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easy to use but I recommend that you take your time to execute the different features it offers. Initially all its buttons and functions can be confusing and overwhelming, but just understand how to use it becomes a totally bearable tool. It is worth giving it a try.

- Not the prettiest site
- Can be difficult to find info on subsidiaries themselves since it will sometimes just route to the primary company
- There are some LARGE companies that have only a few employees listed
- Would like to see some more direct line #'s
- Tool use info can be vague and not specific on an individual level

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has MUCH better data now. Lots of difficult-to-reach largely accurate contact info!
What do you dislike about the product?
Search is still a bit kludgy and it can be a bit slow but it's not horrible. I found you had to search one field at a time. Ex: Joe Blow, then ABC Company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is much better than it was ten years ago when it was just mediocre. The quality of the data is much better and there are more direct dial numbers (including still-accurate ones) than I found with DiscoverOrg. I used ZoomInfo extensively to find the emails and direct dial numbers of high-level bank & FI execs that I couldn't get through to otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For straight contact information I would choose ZoomInfo. Fact is I didn't want us to spend the money on it when it was suggested to us because I'd used it years ago and it hadn't been satisfactory. But it sure is worth the money now. It's not the best solution for *account* history, trends, intelligence, etc. but it's terrific for contact names & finding difficult-to-reach-out-to people.
Great for getting info
What do you like best about the product?
It really makes information gathering simple. All the info you need on a company/contact is concisely compiled - email addresses, titles, direct lines. Plus I appreciate the ability to export contact info directly into hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where the information is out of date. Sometimes information on a company will be merged with another making it hard to parse. When you minimize the extension, it clears the boxes that were checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes outreach incredibly easy. I don’t have to comb websites for information or call in to a company blindly. I much prefer email to a LinkedIn message and ZoomInfo gets me what I need to make that happen.
