Research made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it turns prospecting into action. The data is deep and easy to filter, contact details are reliable, and intent signals help prioritize accounts that are actually in-market. The integrations and workflows save time, so I can focus more on selling and having relevant conversations instead of hunting for leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data accuracy can still be inconsistent in some segments, especially for smaller companies or frequently changing roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the “who do I target, who do I contact, and how do I reach them” problem. It provides direct dials and verified emails to reach the right people, and adds signals (like intent and buying-stage indicators) to prioritize outreach toward accounts that are more likely to engage.
That benefits me by reducing time spent on manual research, improving connect and reply rates, and helping me focus my day on higher-quality opportunities instead of guessing.

I've have been using ZoomInfo for many years now, and I highly recommend them!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm starting to use the "Buying Groups" and "New hires" features more and more and I'm impressed with the contacts it returns. I build lists for my team on a weekly basis and I usually focus on IT decision makers, and by having this feature built-in, it saves me so much time and effort. And lately, I've found a few great opportunities using the "New Hire" tab as well. Also, we've recently setup WebSights and I'm addicted to it. I'm spending hours looking through the traffic that is coming to our website, and finding potential opportunities this way. I'm very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm noticing that the intent data, from the keywords that I use, are giving me less and less results. I'm also using Bombora for intent data and they usually give me between 5 and 10 times as many results than your data does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped me uncover many potential software projects when our initial contact, who has come to our site, indicated he/she is not interested in speaking to us anymore. I'll look up other related people from that department and find the right person(s) to talk with, interested in knowing more about my business and how we could help. but their intent data is what is benefiting the most.

If someone is looking for accurate contact information, company insight, or buyer intent data, then I highly recommend ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful for our industry. The ability to find the correct contacts needed to expand sales and provide services is priceless. The information provided is accurate and up to date. 10/10 reccomend

The credit system puts you at a bit of a disafdvantage. Being limited on the number of contacts that you can access each month. Besides that the integration being seperate.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo maintain updated contact information about people and organizations, also has scoops of company and industry that give you better understanding about what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far its been a great tool for my company and a great tool for my department, I do not have anything I dislike, the constant updates to everything make ZoomInfo very robust and accurate.

I research specific target markets for potential customers, so Zoominfo has helped me with my research for potential, current, and past customers. It has helped my department and also my company.
Exceptional Platform for business development and research
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform, ease of use and access to relevant information to help grow my business. The integration with our crm is priceless. I had used seemless ai in the past and there is literally no comparison. Zoominfo my expectations time and time again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I don't like on this platform. It is not only easy to use but the training webinars and customer service are second to none.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to decision makers. I have been able to easily upload information easily to our crm in order to market our services to a larger and more targeted audience.

A really helpful business tool
What do you like best about the product?
You're able to get all the information about my list of prospects in one place. I get updates on my upcoming business meetings with them, and the information I get is beneficial and relevant to my conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I was exposed to the tool so late in my career, the tool works really well, and there's literally nothing that I found which wasn't to my liking. There's a limitation on the # of credits that you have to use but your company's subscription manager can help you navigate that situation

It is helping me prospect better, qualify my prospects, get greater visibility into the prospect organization structure, improve my performance significantly in terms of my outreach
Critical resource to have for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is one of the first things I open up in the background at the beginning of my workday. It's a fantastic tool that enabled my team and me to quickly identify prospects and related competitors, company insights, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not accurate, a person's title can be outdated, for instance, but a quick LinkedIn cross-reference is all it takes to remedy that. The plugin can be glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves me a lot of time by providing contact information a relevant idea to help kickstart a warm conversation with prospects. The integration features are great, Salesforce for example, is fantastic. The data is not always 100% accurate, but it enabled my team and me to reach out to prospect not completely blind.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding key contact information such as a person's cell phone number as opposed to their company HQ number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contacts needed in the construction industry are not there yet. Like some of the smaller businesses.

It makes cold calling easier.
So far, very good!.. finished the survey, and it never reaches the $20 sign, will I get my reward??
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has the great, and usually very expensive, ability to help us locate additional points of contact in various industries to better collaborate. Have not used other software to compare it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tough ask but more international contacts in our industry would be helpful, some companies do not even pull when a quick google search can find most basic details of the organization we're trying to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts can be very time-consuming, some organizations are too large to dissect... Anything that can give us a competitive edge is a win-win, good money spent.

Can't Go A Day Without It
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and nine times out of ten, is has the direct dial number that I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of one thing that I don't like.

I am finding email addresses and direct dial numbers. No more guessing and searching all over.
