Finding new cients that I wouldn't have on my own!
What do you like best about the product?
Engage has helped me to reach new customers directly that I didn't have access to before. My automated emails through the Salesflows have helped me tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone not techy, like me, it took a while to learn and understand all of the many layers to this system. However, I'm pretty good at it now. I would like it to be streamlined a bit more so the non-techy folks could learn it more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage has simply allowed me to reach out to so many potential clientele that I didn't have access to before. The automated emails set up through my salesflows are incredible and save me time while I'm making more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely spend time watching the training videos. Once you get it, it's awesome, but can take some time if you aren't overly tech savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of ZoomInfo is top tier. I love the extension that overlays right on my SalesForce or SalesLoft so I know I've got the best info for reaching my prospects. ZoomInfo will import contacts directly to my loft and salesforce to make the administrative burden of my position a breeze!
The intent portion is also extremely valuable. It allows me and my AE to dig into what accounts are searching for various solutions and even where they are located. Further, we can dig into where contacts are located and make sure we are targeting exactly where the prospects are located and where the signals are coming from.

What do you dislike about the product?
Often titles and contact numbers are wrong or incomplete but this is to be expected. The amount of correct and useful information far exceeds the incorrect or out-of-date contacts. Additionally, I think ZoomInfo could better use LinkedIn to pull correct data, especially prospect titles and locations. Often titles are somewhat correct but not quite what is listed on prospects LinkedIn accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is finding good contact numbers for prospects as well as finding which accounts to target based on intent data. ZoomInfo makes my job much easier and my workflow much more efficient. It's is extremely simple to make a few clicks and the correct numbers (direct and HQ and mobile) are loaded into the places I need them to begin my outreach. Without ZoomInfo, I'd be stuck calling dead-end call trees day in and day out with dead-end extension numbers. Especially in a hybrid work ecosystem, more people than ever are working from home
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would seriously consider using ZoomInfo- everything from outbound prospecting to ABM motions. ZoomInfo has been instrumental to my team and our prospecting motion.

Their information is kept up to date, and they have an exhaustive list of companies.

Really nothing. It is relatively easy to use and it interfaces with my SFDC account

Nothing short of AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
We changed from another platform, and ZoomInfo is light years ahead. We have found two viable prospects in the first two weeks, both of whom have received quotes and look as if they will convert.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're fully integrated with HubSpot, however, ZoomInfo doesn't record in HubSpot when someone hits the website as Leadfeeder does. That would be a good feature to add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like any SMB, finding qualified leads it the key. Sorting through those "above the funnel" and finding the one or two that need our services is difficult. ZoomInfo's "Intent" has helped us narrow that focus and provides significantly better "cold call" leads.
I wouldn't be able to do my job without zoominfo. It's awesome

Data accuracy. I found it better than salesintel when we did a head to head.

Salesforce exclusions are limited. Titles often do not match linkedin. news feed could be better.

All my prospecting relies on zoominfo in conjunction with linkedin.
Prospecting insight at my fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction when it comes to my outgoing efforts. In a sea of endless contacts, Zoominfo's INTENT function helps me shrink the funnel to which I reach out. Providing me with great info on who is searching for solutions I offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have worked in the product for over two years and have zero complaints towards outrebounding efforts. Now, in the role of the individual contributor, things such as price, contract, conditions do not fall on my plate. Therefore, I have no insight into that side of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role requires access to high-ranking individuals in fortune 500 businesses. Zoominfo gives me access to certain information, to help me set up these meetings. This has led to the growth of the business I work through.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate information, user-friendly, the best resource for prospecting I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
When accessing a contact or moving through account features, it is difficult to return to the last page without having to restart from the beginning.

I am able to find groups that are looking for the benefits I offer.

ZoomInfo has changed the way that I approach the "LAER" model with both prospects and existing customers. It gives me the insight I need to understand org structures and decision making panels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certification programs seem overly technical, at least for the sales certification. Outside of that, it's hard to nitpick too much as most problems seem to be cleared up with more experience with the system.

Easy to Use, Incredible Info
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo platform is easy to use and can be quickly customized to build efficient seed lists. Integration with Salesforce has also proven to be exceptionally helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to find the proper contact if someone has a common name. Information available for certain individuals is not always up-to-date so I occasionally have to cross-reference them through LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped me to hone in on my proper client demographics while "weeding out" the filler contacts that would not find my company's services to be beneficial.
Up to Date contacts leads to success
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the available contacts are vetted out, saving me time on people that may not be up to date on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish credits didn't expire monthly and could roll over if you do not use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time, also shows additional locations you may not have known about and also gives the position of the contact if its available so it's easier to get to who you need to talk to.
