Must-have for B2B professionals
What do you like best about the product?
What don't I?! I honestly don't know how I managed to get results before getting ZoomInfo. It's intuitive and easy to use, and the customer success team is always willing to help, answering questions and sharing best practices. I want to highlight the Buying Committee feature, a fantastic time-saver whenever I search for new leads. Also, the CRM integration works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that our account administrator had some issues with the metrics section. For some reason, each account activity appears duplicated, so getting those usage metrics isn't as straightforward as it could be, and I don't think the support team has been able to fix that. However, it doesn't impact our use of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Searching for contacts is SO easy now! And knowing that the contact information is accurate like 95% of the time is quite relieving, since I know I won't be putting effort into reaching out to someone only to find out that the email bounced, for example.

I like several things -
-it organizes my daily tasks
-it keeps me on track
-it allows for VoIP voicemails
-it helps create an easy work flow
-direct phone numbers and emails seem to be mostly accurate
-customer service seems to be eager to help me with anything
-I like that I can email or phone call directly from the platform

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a small few things I would like to change.
-Incoming VoIP phone calls should have the option of a robotic voice, or not after my outbound voicemail was recorded. It seems to be standard right now.
-I would like the option to change the amount of rings an incoming caller hears, before it rolls over to voicemail

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving SO MUCH TIME! I am at least twice as productive this month, with ZI Engage, than I was last month without ZI E.
I was surprised to see all of the avenues of engagement that were available. Love the email cadence option!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know that it will take a few weeks to get everything set up to your specific needs and how you like it. (workflows, email cadences, outbound voice messages etc) But once it's all set up, you will be ROCKING your productivity!
ZoomInfo and account planning
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides great insight, from customer contact information and technology use to business hierarchy and news and updates. ZoomInfo improves my ability to account plan and prospect into new accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some needed improvements to the user experience, but I've actually noticed those were addressed recently (backing out of contacts in a company profile, for example). The Salesforce integration works great, but the user experience could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am validating contact information, finding new contacts, simplifying prospecting by pulling actionable lists, and uncovering meaningful insights related to companies I'm targeting, like revenue and employee size.
I am really happy with how organized it is. Easy to use, and would recommend to any company.
What do you like best about the product?
I like everything: the phone, email, ready-made templates, and customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I don't dislike.Maybe a way to log disconnected calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My production has improved 80% in my opinion. I make over 100 calls a day, and able to send out emails/voicemails.

I don't have any complaints, I use Zoominfo often, and it's never given me any trouble.

Valuable info - great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Extensive info on companies we work with which simplifies my job. Customer support was extremely efficient in resolving login / 2-factor identification issues.

So far, I've had no negative experiences in the month that I've used ZoomInfo.

Efficient business planning - determining which companies to focus on for best use of our products/services. Customer insights for key accounts including insights, news, company background, contact info, etc. all in one place - time savings.
Research made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it turns prospecting into action. The data is deep and easy to filter, contact details are reliable, and intent signals help prioritize accounts that are actually in-market. The integrations and workflows save time, so I can focus more on selling and having relevant conversations instead of hunting for leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data accuracy can still be inconsistent in some segments, especially for smaller companies or frequently changing roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the “who do I target, who do I contact, and how do I reach them” problem. It provides direct dials and verified emails to reach the right people, and adds signals (like intent and buying-stage indicators) to prioritize outreach toward accounts that are more likely to engage.
That benefits me by reducing time spent on manual research, improving connect and reply rates, and helping me focus my day on higher-quality opportunities instead of guessing.

I've have been using ZoomInfo for many years now, and I highly recommend them!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm starting to use the "Buying Groups" and "New hires" features more and more and I'm impressed with the contacts it returns. I build lists for my team on a weekly basis and I usually focus on IT decision makers, and by having this feature built-in, it saves me so much time and effort. And lately, I've found a few great opportunities using the "New Hire" tab as well. Also, we've recently setup WebSights and I'm addicted to it. I'm spending hours looking through the traffic that is coming to our website, and finding potential opportunities this way. I'm very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm noticing that the intent data, from the keywords that I use, are giving me less and less results. I'm also using Bombora for intent data and they usually give me between 5 and 10 times as many results than your data does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped me uncover many potential software projects when our initial contact, who has come to our site, indicated he/she is not interested in speaking to us anymore. I'll look up other related people from that department and find the right person(s) to talk with, interested in knowing more about my business and how we could help. but their intent data is what is benefiting the most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If someone is looking for accurate contact information, company insight, or buyer intent data, then I highly recommend ZoomInfo.

Very helpful for our industry. The ability to find the correct contacts needed to expand sales and provide services is priceless. The information provided is accurate and up to date. 10/10 reccomend

The credit system puts you at a bit of a disafdvantage. Being limited on the number of contacts that you can access each month. Besides that the integration being seperate.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo maintain updated contact information about people and organizations, also has scoops of company and industry that give you better understanding about what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far its been a great tool for my company and a great tool for my department, I do not have anything I dislike, the constant updates to everything make ZoomInfo very robust and accurate.

I research specific target markets for potential customers, so Zoominfo has helped me with my research for potential, current, and past customers. It has helped my department and also my company.
