Great platform, but needs some inprovements

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different filters to search for companies and contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot search by address. I would like the capability of inputting an address and getting all the companies and contacts from that address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like having multiple contacts available for each business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform to access contacts and businesses. You are able to search by zipcodes, cities, or regions
and industries. I like having the capability of either searching by companies or by contacts themselves.

Best tool for getting in contact with the decision maker(s)

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has contact info for employees in all departments and levels of leadership, and it's rare to find that a company is not in Zoom info. Overall, it's a great database with accurate contact info and enables conversations with the people you need to reach in whitespace accounts. Also, I absolutely LOVE the Chrome Extension! Having the ability to find the company and contact info directly from the company website is a total game-changer!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. It would be nice if there was an "add company" or "add contact" feature, but maybe this already exists??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I turn to Zoom Info when I don't know who to ask to talk to within a specific account (i.e., I know I want to talk to the VP of Operations, but I don't know his/her name), (or) I know the VP of Operations' name, but the gatekeeper is not willing to put me through to him/her, and I need another phone number or email address. With Zoom Info, not only can I figure out who specifically I need to talk to, but also, how I can reach them directly. Also, If I'm trying to reach multiple people within the same company, this is a one-stop source for their contact info, and I can build a list to export to sfdc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. If you need to get into whitespace accounts and build-out contact lists that include employee email addresses and direct phone numbers, you won't be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export leads to Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension doesn't allow for single sign on. Can't edit SF lead or assign it to a destination account from the export button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it very easy to find the contact information for the right people within an organization. It's made prospecting for target accounts much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're experiencing login problems, make sure you open a new tab and use the google dashboard to sign on. the extension doesn't allow for single sign on.

The ability to find phone numbers and email contacts for my prospects in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to find certain prospects, or the information for them, though it is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the time it takes to track and find contact information for my prospects - invaluable benefit.

The best part is being able to find names, phone numbers and emails of key decision holders within a organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is having to check if the contact is updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gave me the ability to see into a company directory and obtain relatively accurate information on privately owned companies to use in my sales efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes people who do not work there are still listed, but that is understandable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right people at the right company is hard, and Zoominfo gave me the tools to do that or at least start doing that

Make sure you perform due dilligence when obtaining information, consult LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
allows me to fill in critical email, phone details for key client & prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
slow, SF plug-in app often logs me out after every search, cumbersome list building. not as detailed titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to assist in contact data mgmt and growth
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its not the perfect solution to contact data management -0- this will always require manual oversight and QA but ZOominfo is great to equip teams to go out and find/update valuable;le prospect data

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filtering that allows you to narrow down the type of prospect you are looking for. Contact info on prospects is great! The contact data is accurate and the ability to save searches is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes so far. I have found it helpful in getting new niche leads. The site has more contacts shown than other engines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to reach prospects not found using my other sources. I have found good passive candidates with ZoomInfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will see how well it works with the free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy application to use when trying to find certain information on the company. I use specifically the employee directory and sic code identification in order to keep my contacts up to date and my database refreshed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a specific thing, sometimes it takes a while to load or won't let me sign in for a while, but other than that it normally benefits me in what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps my contacts and accounts up to date, allows me to see the last update to the directory and website so I am getting accurate information.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly look up contact information for prospects and building out territory lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally contact information is either missing or out-dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When mapping out a new territory it's easy to build a report of target companies based on geo location, technologies used, industry, and company size. Once you have this report in place, it's easy to look up contact information for key stakeholders.
