Great information with accurate descriptions

I can find ANY number, name, address etc to make prospecting easy!

Sometimes - pulling lists can be challenging. You also cant copy and paste into disco org. so when trying to pull a list for numerous territories it can be time consuming to constantly type everything in

Finding contact information to help connect with a prospect.
Helpful, but not always up to date. Most of the time, it has the right info though!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Org. Chart feature which helps you find the right people to target if you're focused on a particular department or buyer persona. Also, it's a great fail-safe if, like me, you target outta Sales Nav.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoops aren't always applicable to my role/the product I'm trying to sell. Also, it's a bit "clicky," which can get frustrating in trying to navigate the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to import contact data to my CRM to use in my outreach. I like that it has mobile numbers, and direct lines available. It's also better to import verified info rather than guess email addresses.

Excellent and resourceful tool for find companies and contact info.
Accurate data, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We've sourced over 10k prospects from Discover Org & ZoomInfo. It's quality data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Categories are often inaccurate for accounts. So limiting your search, for example, to hospitals will exclude valuable accounts. Opening up the categories lets irrelevant accounts into the search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We constantly need target account and prospect data. This is a good solution to our problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg the most to look up contact information from various departments like IT and Marketing for prospecting. The financial feature is also great to see what kind of budget different departments are working with. Corporate Summary Report has also been useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime when I need to search for a specific employee through the Employee tab, the employee doesn't show up. Often times I would need to search for that employee through the "search" field to get their information. Wish there was more data with the different government agencies. Some data needs to be updated (ie: still shows that I work for TouchSource after 6+ months).

Finding prospects contact information and other intel on financials, corp hierarchy, and relevant news

Great tool to gather data points for prospecting
Good platform for finding professional contact information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all contact information is updated at least every 90 days so you know you're likely getting the most up to date information during your searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that a good portion of specific contacts that I search for are not in the system so I still need to supplement my lists with information from other sources such as LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps us find new contacts and fill in more information on existing lists that we have. It helps us better profile and segment our lists to target specifically customers who might be interested in our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the package you purchase includes all of the departments you might want to contact. We have a limited package with just 2 departments and it doesn't meet all of our marketing requirements.

DiscoverOrg is easy to use. I was able to figure a lot myself without much formal training. The information I find via DO has been valid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The look and feel is a little out-dated. It could definitely use an update.

I am finding new prospects and the emails attached to the companies are valid. I have not had one outbound email bounce yet since using DO.

DiscoverORG is great place to begin the account strategy process of collecting valuable account intelligence. Account insights will lead to improved sales engagement, making each contact within the account more deliberate and meaningful.

Accuracy could be better, but it is understandable given the data source.

Account intelligence, so account teams can cold call and more smartly engage an account.
Great Tool for Lead Information
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg typically has very extensive and complete information on most companies. Direct phone numbers, emails, and linkedin profiles are a HUGE plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is broken links to LinkedIn profiles that would have been easy fixes if their data entry team would have taken 1/2 a second longer to look through information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a company you are trying to reach out to, it is very easy to directly get ahold of who you want to get ahold of.
