Find the right contact at the company you want to reach

What do you like best about the product?
Saved searches email me daily (frequency is up to you), allowing me to start each day connecting with new people relevant to my professional network. I frequently start my day with a smile due to a great new contact!
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across outdated information, but often I still reach the right person; they are just now at a new company (but still in my industry). When I don't reach the right person, I may make a new connection (happy accident).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting in front of as many people as possible increases the likelihood that I will solve a problem or fill a need for someone every day. I couldn't do it without a tool to be seeking out contacts for me constantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is one of the tools I use daily to reach people relevant to my work.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the real-time indication of opened emails to give me a better idea if I need to change the content of my emails versus the subject line to attract opened emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay of sent emails and the fact that when you send off an email, the window dosen't automatically close, so if distracted when at work, you are not sure if the email was sent out or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The high volume of touchpoints throughout the day makes the work environment far more productive. Adjusting emails when opened versus non opened with different subject matter pertaining to a particular industry

What do you like best about the product?
User accessibility!! I use ZoomInfo and Zoom Engage EVERYDAY!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything. If I had to come up with one thing it would be the app could use some work. It is not as user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have any excuse to not have a way to at least attempt to reach a potential client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GET IT! It is worth every penny!!!

What do you like best about the product?
How ZoomInfo pulls contacts from the company and how you can sort them by company name, job title, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
That ZoomInfo doesn't work with every website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding out contacts needed to get in touch with the company. This has been a huge help and time saver exporting to Salesforce

Sometimes google or sales navigator has the information that Zoom info does not have.

I have not yet used advanced tools yet. Not applicable at this time.

kinda expensive and each little add on costs more and more

Reaching out to customers who are interested in our service. It would be really cool to know who is researching our service.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting past the gatekeepers to reach the right people to talk to makes all the difference in a sale. Having access to direct phone lines, cell phone numbers, and email accounts can help you to save time and be able to capture your prospect's attention faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is no information available to glean from and that makes it hard to pursue these businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to introduce myself and present a valuable business reason for my call makes all the difference. A lot of time can be wasted by sending emails to emails the receptionists give you that are never responded to or spam email accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the certification training to really become a pro on how to use this product.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with tools like Salesforce and Outreach are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it integrated with more CRM systems like Groove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the contact information for the people I'm trying to reach out to. I've realized that prospects are more likely to answer the phone on mobile instead of other mediums.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that I can stay in one database and not have to bounce around to get data or even have to do things manually. It's really been a blessing to me
What do you dislike about the product?
What I've noticed is that something that I filter out just don't come out right. If I'm doing a search for a specific state I at times get other states and countries in there as well. It takes away from my credits, some of the emails have bounced too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send multiple emails at once and capturing data all at once as well. Instead of manually or a faulty system I was so g in the past. My performance has increased for sure!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how quickly I can locate the information I am looking for. I have implemented ZoomInfo at three different businesses and it continues to improve each time I use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing from this product. We used Seamless.AI for a little bit, but ZoomInfo blows that out of the water. It's a great product! It's ease to integrated into your CRM and marketing automation tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are cleansing our database and getting real information into our CRM instance. Our sales and marketing team finally have the tools to prospect potential clients.
