One stop shop for company info!
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the accessibility of the platform when researching companies and potential contacts! It has been very instrumental in researching and prospecting potential customers! I highly recommend using this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually have not found many issues with this platform. It has been very easy to use and has helped me prospect and make my pipelines increase potential cusotmers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using this to work with my pipelines and create new avenues of opportunites.

The customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced!

It can be tricky to learn, but they have customer service to help with that.

The UI is amazing. It sends scoops that are very good for creating the reach out plans

It doesn’t have direct numbers for the Southeast Asia market. I look after this market and most struggle with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has been a great tool for the team as they use it to get the target accounts and then get their contact details. It saves a lot of time for the BRDs to do research and helps them to have a good contact list easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this if you want to get contacts for the USA, Europe market..its not that good for APAC

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has proven to be a great tool for new and old leads through scrubbing, employment changes and updates and making sure I had to the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with a tool such as LinkedIn would be greatly beneficial, as sometimes a lead's information is not 100% accurate. (new job, new role, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes it very easy for me to contact my potential clients. I'm more productive, and it saves valuable time.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail you can use to create segments based on intent. I also enjoy the feed with all relevant information regarding the different intent topics, demographical areas and industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at the beginning the platform can be a bit overwhelming, but I think ZoomInfo has a great onboarding team, and different courses to guide you through the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a B2B Software platform, and we are using this to create enhanced audiences for different marketing campaigns. We are also using it to enhance our current data that will help certain processes such as ICP definitions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides me with not only points of contact and contact info but I can see if they have an intent to buy the services I am selling. An invaluable tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info isn't the most accurate. It's hard for Zoominfo to see who has left a company but it still gives the best access to an account I have ever seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with C level and management access information.

What do you like best about the product?
Intent searches are great for finding accounts to prioritize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm unable to find current contacts that I see listed on LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Intents is an unmatched portal into a prospect's organizational structure. It also provides an invaluable indicator on what the prospect is interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit more responsive. At times the site chugs.

We are much quicker at identifying accounts with buying indicators and rushing to provide solutions with time sensitive requirments

Some out of date contacts but not enough to be an issue

Again the time saved in research scrubbing the internet or making multiple calls to get to the right people is great

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can search it Zoominfo has almost every company that I want to look for. I also like the fact that people can join from all arounf the world and I can be connected to them in a moment's notice. It is really great to not have a lot of sites doing this because then that would mean that I could not get quality information from the internet. Zoominfo is a that definitely will allow you to get more work done and push you past what you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the fact that sometimes the numbers are not accurate. I also dislike the fact that I have to write so much for this review just to get an amazon gift card. Dont get me wrong it is worth it, but Zoominfo is really doing the most when it comes to try and leaving reviews. This doesn't make any sense, but it is all good just as long as I get my gift card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of finding good leads and targets. I am also solving the problem of verifying good accounts, and Zoominfo is great for that. There is tremendous upside in the way that zoominfo hands out information. Like the fact that I am able to get an amazon card.

I would recommend to google people and clicking on their profile from that site because it is easily verified.
