ZoomInfo Sales: Accurate Phone Numbers & Emails for Lead Sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
The zoominfo sales i have used for lead sourcing part it is good accuracy rate of phone numbers and Emails
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing experience that but comparatively other tools zoominfo is good one

in my part is lead sourcing to our BDR's most of tools i have used but i am not satisfied but zoominfo have the data base most we like it
Insightful Tool with Easy Setup but Needs Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that ZoomInfo Sales is easy to use and very intuitive. It's smooth for the most part, and I can honestly get more information on a prospective client and company than with really any other tool. The initial setup was very easy; I got a license, got in, and started using it. It also connects smoothly with our CRM, Dynamics 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it buggy sometimes when searching, which requires extra tweaking in the search bar. There's sometimes a delay or bit of a bug initially. Also, when integrating with Dynamics 365, the phone numbers and contact information do not translate over very well, and I'm hoping that gets fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales as a prospecting tool to find contact information and decision makers, helping me build my book of business. It's easy to use, intuitive, and provides more information on prospects than other tools.
Essential Tool for Accurate Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and lead generation, and I really like its data enrichment and accuracy. It helps me filter out the right party contacts for my calling, and the accuracy is so good that I can find HQ numbers, direct numbers, and company insights. I also appreciate the intent signals feature. The initial demo call with their support team and YouTube videos greatly helped with the initial setup. I think it's the best tool for the job, and I would recommend it 10/10.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and lead generation. It saves me time finding prospects, allows me to build accurate data, find email addresses, and filter contacts. Data enrichment is great for getting accurate contact details, including HQ and direct numbers, plus company insights.
Easy Lead Downloads with Powerful Filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to download a lot of leads, depending the revenue, industry, location, company size and more. If I had an issue the customer support was fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the leads or POC were not updated or take to long to update and we had to google the correct information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me was downloading a lot of leads, the massive download is something I loved.
Great Intent Data Insights, but Missing Contacts and Hard-to-Find Industries
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the intent data, it helps giving us an insight on what the company might be interested in

sometimes the contacts are no there, or the company I need is not there. It's also hard to find some industries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contacts for companies, finding their emails but also linkedin which can be tricky.
Effortless Contact Verification, Needs Employee Count Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of contacts ZoomInfo Sales provides me to call on. It really helps with getting emails, which is greatly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes the employee head count number provided under the location information is inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for grabbing contacts at the C-level and verifying emails and numbers along with titles.
ZoomInfo Sales: Easy, Anywhere Access to Reconnect and Reach the Right People
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is a very easy & manageable tool to get in touch with people we need to work with or with whom we've lost contact. Can be accessed anywhere, anytime. The google add-on has helped a lot as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some searches do not get through directly, BUT i always manage to find what i need through the google add-on. Thumbs up !

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best sales tool for finding new leads for the business. Easy to find emails to cold mail clients and new people. Really helpful to grow business

The database is not always accurate and it is quite expensive compared to competitors. The trial period is also quite less to test out the entire usage

It is helping us find relevant leads for our business and to reach out to them to get new clients. Really helpful to find emails of potential customers and easy to manage leads

What do you like best about the product?
Their high quality of B2B contact and company information, powerful targeting and intent insights, improved demand generation and prospecting efficiency, seamless integrations across our digital ecosystem, and saves valuable time on prospecting and research.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be high costs associated with deployment, compared with some of the other data tools on the market, as well as a bit of a learning curve for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves most of the difficulties in finding accurate contacts for companies we are targeting, which enhances are ability to target and prioritize outbound sales strategies.
Easy to Use, Strong Integrations—But Data Accuracy Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new AI features even though I have not been able to test them extensively. Definitely had a great hubspot and salesforce integration, I've used it with both. This was the first enrichment tool I ever used in my sales career, and it was a game changer in unlocking our outbound velocity. Very easy to use and to get the team on board with. Used it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started to notice that the information was outdated and the lists we were pulling directly from the website were not up to date in terms of people who were still working at the company, their positions, etc. The contact info seemed to be becoming more out of date over time too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't think our company used it to the best of its ability before we switched to Cognism and Leadiq, and we couldn't get past the lists being outdated and data accuracy falling off over time.
