Easy to Navigate, Comprehensive Data, and Powerful Built-In Insights

  • March 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation and comprehensiveness of data. Also, the built-in insights for "likely to engage", email addresses, and buying groups. The process for downloading data (ease of implementation) is efficient. The few times that I've interfaced with customer support have been very timely and helpful. As frequency of use, I try to use it evey other day to stay current. Once my data capture is complete and dowloaded, its easy to integrate into my database.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more granularity on industries, especially petroleum. As a recruiter in the oil/gas/chemical space, I find that I need to examine 3-4 industries to meet the data needs for my specialization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily business development, identifying decision makers at the right level in a targeted company.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales for its contact location filters that help me find the correct office location for contacts. The initial setup was very easy, and the ZoomInfo team provided amazing support throughout. I also use its integration with Outlook and Salesforce, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more Canadian-based contacts and insights available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting, finding the correct decision-maker, getting hard-to-reach contacts, and finding contact numbers. It helps in locating contacts in the right office with location filters.

User-Friendly Customization with Powerful Tailoring Options

  • March 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest thing I enjoy is how user-friendly it is and how much customization it allows. At times, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many choices, but that’s also what makes it great. The more options you have, the more tailored the experience can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike incomplete or missing data. I understand it’s a massive task to gather proper, complete information, but it’s frustrating when the system points me to a contact who has been deceased for seven years, or when I find a great lead and it’s missing contact details or even a proper address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating valid leads at company locations helps me quickly identify the right person to contact.

A Strong Tool for Growing Your B2B Contact List

  • March 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me grow my contact list and build real B2B connections. They’re consistently adding more contacts and working to improve the accuracy of each data pull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you’ll get a contact with data that’s off or incorrect, but that’s part of the game. Another thing that would really help is having a timeline on the info—something that shows when the last data pull happened. You end up with a lot of outdated info, which is also part of the game, and it means you still need to source and verify your contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I am reaching out to new facilities or business', trying to get in the door can be tough. You have gatekeeper and so many things pushed against you.

With Zoom info having a contact name to start your chase is a great foot in the door already. Builds way more value and not the cold call feeling verse having that warm call starting out.

ZoomInfo Sales: Powerful Prospecting & Data Accuracy

  • March 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I would say for me, my number one favorite feature of ZoomInfo Sales would be the ZoomInfo Chrome extension. I find it very versatile and universal friendly, especially when I'm on a website or specifically on LinkedIn doing outbound prospecting. I would also say the Copilot version is another good feature. It provides an overview and insights on top chart accounts, offering the latest scoops and data. These are some of my favorite features about ZoomInfo Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that doesn't work as well is the Marketing OS feature in the platform. It needs improvement in linking private accounts or parent accounts of subsidiary companies, like .coms, .us, and .uks, under one specific umbrella in our CRM, whether that's Salesforce or HubSpot. Also, with my new role in the marketing department, I'm looking to see if we can expand on those marketing capabilities, like campaigns, LinkedIn paid ads, and other marketing-related content, which would be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to solve contact data accuracy by getting direct dials, mobile numbers, and business emails for C-suite execs. It also helps create email sequences, manage workflows, and follow up with prospects from our website.

Essential for Lead Generation with Room for Improvement

  • February 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like my copilot. I also like seeing who has looked at the website and using the intents to drill down deeper for more detailed information. When I see who was on the website, I can reach out to them and see how I can help, and about 30-40% of the time, I get a response telling me what they need. For the Intents, I can see what companies are searching for a specific battery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the time the contacts are not updated. Sometimes it moves very slow. I also wish that I could have the emails generated but coming from a different email address. There could have been more time spent on showing all the benefits that you receive and how ZoomInfo Sales is different from competitors. Now there are a lot of competitors and they are less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find contact information for leads, enabling important sales calls, and to see who visits our website, allowing me to engage with potential clients. The Intent feature helps identify who is specifically looking for our batteries.

Enhanced Prospecting with Top-Notch Email and Contact Retrieval

  • February 20, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Websights feature and the technology information in ZoomInfo Sales. Websights helps me track the engagement on our website, giving me more visibility on the pages visited and the time spent there. The technology information allows me to assume the current or past tech stack of companies, which is useful for prospecting. Also, the initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of times, the company size is not correct, particularly the range, and it doesn't match with LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting accounts and leads, finding emails and contacts. WebSights helps track website engagement, and technology information displays current or past tech stacks.
