Great integrations with SFDC
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filtering and uploading via the integrations with SFDC makes my job of finding new contacts very quick and easy. I also find that the quickness of the research requests is consistent and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a former RainKing user and I miss the option to load a list and then use that list to limit to/exclude from a search. I know there are workarounds but I think the older way was a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick uploads to CRM, double checking locations and offices for decision makers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Push for open integration with CRM so that individuals can upload and update information to the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
It has drastically improved on Zoominfo and made it easier to search for contacts as well as their positions in companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, has all been peaches and roses.

I use it day to day for sales outreach and to find the correct contacts in organizations to target with my outreach.

easy to use, great filters like location, job title that help filter to find the best leads.

some emails bounce back, and sometimes there is no direct numbers

Great resource to find contact information for decision makers in my module.

I like the extensive lists that are able to be put together as well as having the ability to export to cross reference with internal lead lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information can be out of date and requires it to be cross referenced with other sources to verify.

Enables me to have multiple contacts within a company in order to follow up on current opportunities.

It is an excellent tool to gather information from your sales prospects and ensure you are in contact with all of the right people within the organization.

being able to connect with the right person, saving money on creating a list instead of buying a list where it is 60% accurate. ZoomInfo is about 90% accurate.

Great tool. Allows you to target a certain industry, annual revenue, Titles.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can find anything from info to employee listings on smaller companies that other tools cant. This gives me the heads up that other callers may not have to get past gatekeepers and get tot he decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it included a bit more information on some larger businesses. With the combination of Discoverorg, they work extremely well together. Thats really the only thing I wish it would include that it doesnt currently. All the info seems to be extremely up to date, but will sometimes give cellphone numbers for main contact numbers, which can be a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems were resolved by playing around with the filter options. Benefits have been amazing because I'm able to find up to date contact info on the person I need to speak with on any project.

If you're looking for up to date info on current companies, expecially smaller ones, this is your one stop shop.
Best place to find leads
What do you like best about the product?
We are software provider with a niche product. We know exactly what types of companies would buy our product and we can easily identify the decision makers and influencers using ZoomInfo. With this targeting marketing approach we are able to get in front of the right people more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Zoho CRM and ZoomInfo just integrated with them which makes things much easier. The integration still needs work through. You can only send over 20 leads at a time and there are 25 leads per page. So if I want to send over a full page I have to click select page and then remove 5 check marks. You can't add or remove multiple checkmarks with the shift key which stinks. I usually remove more than 5 because I commonly get an error that says something to the effect of you send so many at once that a few of them usually 1-4 didn't make it. It is also common for an error to come back and say there was duplicate data even after you told it not to send the duplicates. It would be really nice to have an option where you could limit the search results on each page to 20 (or less) until these bugs are fixed.

The name of the game is marketing and sales. With ZoomInfo we are able to reach more potential buyers and make more sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly see a company's address and their annual revenue. I also like the ability to perform an advanced search for new accounts in my territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their information is outdated. The system used isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding information about a company - sometimes information about contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for finding companies, their addresses, their revenue, and similar organizations. The alerts/scoops feature is also nice for learning about acquisitions or what's happening at a particular company.
Excellent prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have really liked ZoomInfo for having current and accurate information on key contacts of people that are in my market for prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing noted at this point. I have used Zoom Info for prospecting and to send emails and it has lived up to everything I need so far.

Huge benefits to prospecting - have been waiting for this tool for years - have been able to reach many contacts unknown to me in the past and secured good solid appointments,
