Very Good
What do you like best about the product?
outstanding sales tool to find accurate details about companies - Revenue, List of similar companies, Employee Strength, Organization Chart, Recent Fundings, and Projects, etc. The availability of precise filters makes the work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of outdated data and that needs to be updated from time to time to help the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to research my client companies very easily on factors like - revenue, employee strength, emails, fundings, projects, technical tools they use, etc.
Best Tool for finding right contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Provide most reliable and accurate information of contacts, I liked the zoominfo extension which had helped me to reduce my manual work. I can use zoominfo extension on linkedin pages directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intent surge could be better, sometimes scoops are not correct. In advance search, they should provide more options for filter. Also, in list match option they should provide user to map custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to get our prospect details and it has helped us to reduce our time. Specially its extension is helping us a lot in prospecting. The scoop information is good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they have a large amount of data accessible. I like the fact that I can customize my feed to some of the scoops I am looking for. I love getting direct dials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that theres a cap on how many contacts/ companies I can look at in a given month, and more importantly, that I can't even keep track of how many "Views" I have left this month they just surprise me with a notice that Ive looked at too many.
Some of the data isnt quite right or up to date with your new hires selection on contacts. Multiple times I have seen people listed as a new hire in zoom only for them to tell me that theyve been in that role for 25 plus years.

I have realized that I can get good direct contact information for my contacts. It has helped me reach out to more prospects directly and has made it easier to increase the number of conversations.

Nothing, no problem at all with Zoominfo access. Perfect ow!

That the credits expire at the end of the month and would like more specials in buying additional credits for my searches and exports.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information ZoomInfo has on almost every company and organization globally! It's so easily integrated with Salesforce too! To me, it crushes D&B Hoovers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about ZoomInfo. Nothing is missing with this tool. It works great for data mining. I can't think of any changes that would make it better. No improvements needed at this time.

This tool solves for lead generation and is providing our Sales teams with invaluable resources to pursue. It allows for far great productivity. Performance has increased exponentially.
Couldn't do my job without it
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides me with up-to-date information on prospects that no other site can provide! From good email, so updated titles, all the way to cell phones, ZoomInfo is my go-to prospecting tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be more forgiving with typos. If you type a name or company wrong, it doesn't find anything as opposed to asking if you meant something close to what you wrote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an appointment setter, so I find qualified prospects and call them the old-fashioned way, and set appointments for sales meetings. Zoominfo has helped me find the right people.

The most accurate data enrichment we have seen for leads overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey but it is one of the best in class in the industry. However, it is well worth the cost.

Data enrichment, accuracy of enrichment from another tool.

If you also need a call recording / engagement / coaching tool, consider using Chorus.ai as Zoominfo purchased Chorus recently.
Huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows me to run a targeted prospect search and filter down to relevant prospects in my territory. From there, I can export contacts directly into our CRM. Huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all contacts are entirely up to date. 100% accuracy is impossible, as job roles constantly change. Also, the different types of lists, exports, and searches can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm now able to find exact contact information for my prospects, including email and direct phone lines. Obtaining this level of detailed contact information wasn't always possible before, and if it was, it took more time.
