A fantastic way to find Mobile numbers.
What do you like best about the product?
The best assets of zoom is its ability to quickly find mobile numbers to connect with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data integrity could be better in some instances but is generally good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to avoid gatekeepers.

It's a great tool for expediting the sales process as a whole for a better approach.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to find the direct contact information and mobile information for any potential leads that you want to go after. There is really no limit to Zoominfo and the types of industries that you can target! I really like the use and the technology of Zoominfo and what they have brought not only to the company that I was working with before, but also to the one that I am working with now!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside that I have seen from using the product! There may be a few contacts that do not have all of their information on Zoominfo which is to be expected as they may be much more private and do not have their company information for all to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest and most obvious problem we are solving with Zoominfo is 1. finding information on clients right away and getting past the "gatekeeper" and 2. finding companies that are actually looking (with the intent topics)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to understand all of the extra packaging when it comes to Zoominfo as I do not believe I was using the full potential of its value when I had access to it. They are super helpful and assist you if you have any questions but just make sure to use their resources and calls with them to use it better

What do you like best about the product?
The features that provide the most value include: Intent, Sccops, Org charts and of course, all of this information comes together in a unified platform that is VERY intuitive for even a novice user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to subscribe at the ELITE level to get workflow. Workflow is a feature that will enable a LOT of automation and I will certainly justify it, but I wish that feature came at a lower level of subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and identifying all of our target accounts in a given geographic region using an extreme amount of inclusions and exclusions used to take weeks - that timeframe has been reduced to minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't let the price scare you away. The quality of the data FAR exceeds other tools.

I have been using ZoomInfo for more than 3 years, and there aren't any examples of features or functionalities that I particularly dislike.

ZoomInfo is very useful in my business. I use it everyday to find contacts and business information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily transfer the information I find into Salesforce and have it all where I need it. I also like that you can find out more information just from the company you are interested in website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ZoomInfo would automatically sign me in as soon as I open my browser. I always forget to sign in until I need it, so then I find myself going back to our company app page in order to sign into ZoomInfo and then back to the page I was working on to continue with my search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have gotten contact information for numerous people in the company I am trying to get as a client, been able to do extensive research on prospective companies and seen how small or large a firm is before deciding whether to pursue them or not. Zoominfo is solving the problem of who to contact within the company. Also, it gives me insight as to if they are looking to hire new people, looking to work with employment agencies, and even what software they use.

very easy to make lists and transfer over to engage to start sales flows, slaes flows help alot because i can automate emails and kind of forget about it until im alerted or someone replies

I haven't experienced any downsides yet, seems to be working smooth. Everything works well, the screens load fast and its a simple process to move lists to engage

The biggest problem solved is the ease with which i can make a targeted list to go after specific industries and company sizes, setting up automated emails in engage is also very helpful

Data is the new oil for business growth, and Zoomindo provides it. ZoomInfo is a utility that I adore. I wish I could have had access to it before. I am always considering making our sales tools more accessible to our Team and for marketing outreaches in my present position. I'm always on the lookout for best practices that we can use and ones that I can help improve.
The ZoomInfo university and all the learning resources are pretty helpful, and the Reachout extension has been a massive help in this regard thus far.

ZoomInfo streamlines prospecting and keeps me informed of any changes in the companies and contacts I'm pursuing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information so it can be difficult to drill down where to start. The training helps, but I'm still learning to find the right people at each company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is goal one with my position, and ZoomInfo really speeds that along. It has also been beneficial in identifying their sphere of influence.
A Sales Team Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get such deep insights into targeted accounts, contact information and more is unmatched by any tool I've personally used. The intent functionality is one of my personal favorites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there's much to dislike. Great lead finding tool that provides in-depth business insight to help you better time outreaches, target the right contacts and integrates with our CRM. Maybe I'd say if some sort of website traffic insight was available to see how active or strong an eCommerce business is online might be great... If something like this is even achieveable. Overall one of the best tools I've used to hunt for new leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The zoom info Chrom app allows me to quickly get more information on a business while on their site without leaving their site page. I instantly get revenue figures, key contacts and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try 100%. I've tried several tools over the years to uncover new leads and provide account insights and by far, Zoominfo has been the best tool that I've used.
