Great for Hunting
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is able to integrate with Salesforce, and email addresses are spot on. It also provides great company information and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike on Zoominfo, the only possible negative is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves problems of jumping the gatekeeper and providing accurate data on potential leads.

Make sure you use the tool on a day to day basis to get the most for what you pay for.

I'm trying to find sales targets (companies). The benefit is it's easy to quantify where I should look.

Zoominfo makes it easy to find the contact information for professionals you need to reach but to whom you aren’t yet connected.

Some of the data is outdated and incorrect.

I spend less time browsing LinkedIn for the right contact and less time calling receptionists to ask for direction.

ZoomInfo gives us key company information that we need to target top prospects. ZoomInfo is also our resource for contacts within companies, so we can reach out to the right people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo doesn't have the info we need, but that's not often. Usually the company is too small or doesn't have much of an internet presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping us update our prospect database. With the information we get from ZoomInfo, we can correctly segment prospects and market appropriately.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly to everyone and we have separate tabs to find company & contacts alone. The ability to fine-tune searchers with filters such as location, revenue, industry, HQ & Direct numbers, Mail ids..etc. we have addons for google chrome it is the most time effective on a LinkedIn page to find contact and company details.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an inaccuracy data about contacts i.e the persons left the company as per LinkedIn, the ZoomInfo not updating the data for small companies. In contact, we have linked option it's not redirecting to as per contact search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo concentrating on all type of revenue companies. we can easily find low revenue companies

Easy to use and very fast access to prospect contact information. In most cases the information is correct.

Saving contact lists can be a bit confusing at first.

Zoomed has saved me considerable time in gathering contact information for key prospects vs. other tools I have used.

I love the direct dial phone numbers and utilizing emails for blasts. Ability to export is a plus and the filters and saved searches are filters I use often.

When I need to log back into the platform, especially after a large search (say with 500-5000 results), it doesn't save where I left off (ie page 6, page 12)

I like its database accuracy. It always give me accurate information of target accounts also I like its direct number feature most. While the data is what meets our need, it is their excellent team that make sure that the data is usable and effective. I like how the leads are typically pretty high quality which is pretty hard to find in a bulk lead sourcing platform. The wealth of data around companies and contacts. The information is also normally quite accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the lists of OppAlerts and Scoops act more like inboxes, where they could be archived, assigned to other DOrg users, marked as completed, etc. As it stands now, I just have huge lists of potential opportunities with no way to make sure that multiple salespeople don't try to act on the same ones, and no easy way to know whether we have already acted on a particular opportunity or not.

Zoominfo allows you to search contacts easily via multiple ways. The user is able to use various filters to reach the appropriate person. It is very easy to use and the database is huge. You can find companies worldwide including small, mid and big size.

Usually the address of the contacts are not correct. If you want to access a big company, such as Apple and you want to filter the staff by region, the results are sometimes not accurate. There are employees located outside the US and on Zoominfo it shows the address within the US. This may take a longer process in finding the right prospect.

I am finding contacts for my sales campaigns very quick. It can be connected to other systems such as Salesforce and Outreach where you can import the data. You can also download lists on an excel file with all the necessary data. The list of employees is very well detailed with position, email address and phone numbers (Except of the address).

If you want to access a huge quantity and quality of contacts, Zoominfo is the right solution for you. Easy to use, clear with positions and company sizes. The database is reliable and you have access to multiple companies worldwide. A great solution for SDR and Marketing teams. The only problem would be to filter the employees by address. It is not accurate at all and sometimes you may lose time by finding a prospect.

Sometimes the website is too laggy and slow to respond which makes it annoying and frustrating to use,
