Helpful accompaniment for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Downloading and using zoominfo on chrome is a very easy way to easily transfer contacts to hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information on lots of great people, but also a fair amount of inaccurate information as well. You just have to spend 30 seconds calling a line to see if the contact has moved on from the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling direct lines instead of company's headquarters have saved a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The detail and the scoops. The ability to keep your finger on the pulse of prospects and current customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the packaging and pricing is unclear and most contacts/companies do not show how many locations there are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts for sales and marketing. Lead gen. The biggest benefit is being able to get the information you need when you need it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this combined with an ABM approach. Collaborate with sales - share the benefits. Also keep a pulse on your customers by loading their names in and tracking the scoops.

Useful Tool for Data Mining

What do you like best about the product?
It is the ideal software for details about users' employee information. Contact numbers and contacts are easily accessible. How easy it is to use and it comes to my job to have everything you could want from such a tool. With a few clicks, you can export potential user data filtered exactly the way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large part of the database is outdated, especially those jobs need updating very often. It is also unclear which transactions use valuable loans provided by the contract. this seems to be a mystery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is productive and useful for finding the right people and information. Direct numbers and messages are normally the most advanced and simple, so connecting to potential users is much faster. It is also effective for organizing organizational charts and keeping data for forms. It can also be used to frequently use and update your contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I had the opportunity to experiment with the tool and I recommend to apply it. - the software is very intuitive and runs constantly, although I rarely need to make my job easier. In my experience, customer support is always on hand to help with prices and errors in any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look into companies and see what tools they are currently using, where they are spending their money and whether they are a good fit for your product while seeing who the decision makers are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring and getting reports from DiscoverOrg to other tools can be cumbersome if there is not a direct integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes life easier, to see which clients you can serve better and whether you are a potential good partnership together from what they are using and what their budget is.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is filtering by company location, size, revenue, technology, and even employee position.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is out of date. Sometimes more than a year. The technology and insights tab seem to be even worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is easier in that I can qualify a company based on location and size.

What do you like best about the product?
I do like the fact that I can upload from DOrg to my CRM. I also like that there are LinkedIn profile links, that helps me verify persons of contact
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me that I feel is lacking is a page widget (idk what the correct term is). But, with zoominfo you could download the widget to chrome. Then there would be a little button in the bottom right of your CRM or Salesloft page that would open up a small pane to the right. That pane would be your active zoominfo research area. Which meant you never needed to leave your CRM to do contact research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is definitely a strong prospecting tool that allows for quick CRM updates and uploads. I am able to get a 85-90% accurate financials and tech info (depending on last update to that company's DOrg profile)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create lists with the parameters of my choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is old. I've reached out to some employees that no longer work at that company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting more correct phone numbers to the contacts that i'm looking for.

It's very easy to use.

Best to build database

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that a sales agnostic company to have to build a list of their target audience. So many filters which helps to get best possible results and list of people with their profile details. We have to privilege to create and save different lists around different verticals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the information is not updated. As if person is not working with the company then many a times it not updated their. Must have an option where users can left a comment and back end team review and update the same information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building the data base. Best part is that it has all the data information for different revenue sized companies. Emails and LinkedIn url's are best help. Beneficial for creating and helping them save to easily access any time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Must try tool for generating the lists for sales and marketing purpose. Capable of generating lists vertical wise.

AWESOME MANAGEMENT OF LEADS

What do you like best about the product?
I like having the ability to manage lead list and save them. Being able to isolate verticals and company details have been really helpful. Also, I like having the ability to have Outreach integrate with Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cant leave notes for individuals I've reached out to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I search for a company, it's great having the ability to contact others who might have a similar or same job title as an option to work further contacts within same company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom info is a fantastic addition to any sales team and representatives looking to open new avenues for selling.

Dependable tool for Account Research

What do you like best about the product?
1. Technology snapshot which includes category wise segmentation of software/tools used by an organization. Big data, Databases, Cloud & Data Management were especially helpful to us.
2. Technology budget, segmented by categories was again a life saver for us.
3. Contacts! One of the best features was a heady list of qualifiable contacts..
4. A ready overview of the account
5. List of CXO's/key executives segmented by functional area
What do you dislike about the product?
Triggers/Scoops were not as consistent as they were supposed to be, and could often spot a lot of asymmetry. For example, I often saw inside activity to be either heavily reported or not reported at all.

Another area of improvement was the roles that were vacant. A small headline on who's the interim responsibility holder or replacement would be a welcome change. Many times I saw a lot of key roles left vacant or not being updated frequently enough. Interestingly, in a lot of these cases- a small web search would yield the current role owner. So perhaps regular updation of contacts is a big area of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Was able to extract a list of qualified leads for my Sales prep
2. DiscoverOrg was best for Tech snapshot and budget
3. A ready account overview
4. Key happenings/events of importance within an organization (like internal transfers/change of roles or responsibilities, any new projects, plan for prospective new projects etc.)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the most of it..Keep all the Account summaries that you extract in a folder..as you might need it later on when DiscoverOrg decides to increase its prices exponentially..
