Salesperson's best friend
What do you like best about the product?
Gives you tons of great information. Easy to filter out my territory. Intents are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal and impossible to fix, but outdated information is a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who are the customers in my territory? Who are the people I need to target? Are they even looking for technology like mine? Candy get these very easily, every day.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for sales and marketing professionals, Zoom info gives a lot of insights both on the company as well as on people who work there. It's very easy to use and covers a all the geographies (I use also Atoka which covers only Italy and UK). Zoom info provides a variety of services for prospecting as well as buyer intent information to know exactly when is the best time to reach out
What do you dislike about the product?
you need to speak to someone to get information on pricing and to compose your plan. But honestly, it's a bit boring at the beginning to wait to be contacted, once you talk to someone you get very precious information on how to get the best out of Zoom Info for your needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's now much quicker do company research for B2B business, I can find out easily the top players in an industry in a given region, understand who makes decisions in that company, get information on revenue, number of employees, contact information etc. We used to have multiple tools to find out this sort of information, while zoom info allowes to access it from a single platform
Powerful resource for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has helped our business prospecting by allowing us to skip over all the digging that previously was associated with connecting with other businesses in identifying the right contact or department.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that ZoomInfo caps its searces to credits on a monthly basis. What you don't use does not roll over. We have months that are lighter than others and some that are heavier and it can be frustrating to lose out on some of those credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem we are solving with ZoomInfo is cutting down the amount of time needed to identify or track down the right contact for our business needs. We've run into far less of the "can you put me in touch with the person that handles..." type emails.
Best Data Enhancement Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most accurate and up-to-date information on the people and companies I want to target. I'm able to see all of their social media accounts, and even who they follow and what they engage with. It has been a very reliable source for new business development, and has been essential to my account expansion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Billig access we can't see in ZoomInfo portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoominfo for the last 2 years and it is very helpful in identifying the right prospects. I like the Technology tab which tells me what all techs are being used in an organization and I also like the advance search filter.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such downsize of using Zoominfo however I did observe that for some organizations the contact list is not updated. People are no longer with the organization for more than a month but the contact is still associated with the same company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in identifying the right prospects and their contact details especially their direct lines which helps me to establish the initial contact much quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone should use ZoomInfo if they want quick results. You will save ample time in searching for the right prospects and establishing the initial contact.
A fantastic way to find Mobile numbers.

The best assets of zoom is its ability to quickly find mobile numbers to connect with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data integrity could be better in some instances but is generally good.

I have been able to avoid gatekeepers.

It's a great tool for expediting the sales process as a whole for a better approach.

Excellent database for those hard to reach contacts
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to find the direct contact information and mobile information for any potential leads that you want to go after. There is really no limit to Zoominfo and the types of industries that you can target! I really like the use and the technology of Zoominfo and what they have brought not only to the company that I was working with before, but also to the one that I am working with now!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside that I have seen from using the product! There may be a few contacts that do not have all of their information on Zoominfo which is to be expected as they may be much more private and do not have their company information for all to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest and most obvious problem we are solving with Zoominfo is 1. finding information on clients right away and getting past the "gatekeeper" and 2. finding companies that are actually looking (with the intent topics)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to understand all of the extra packaging when it comes to Zoominfo as I do not believe I was using the full potential of its value when I had access to it. They are super helpful and assist you if you have any questions but just make sure to use their resources and calls with them to use it better

What do you like best about the product?
The features that provide the most value include: Intent, Sccops, Org charts and of course, all of this information comes together in a unified platform that is VERY intuitive for even a novice user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to subscribe at the ELITE level to get workflow. Workflow is a feature that will enable a LOT of automation and I will certainly justify it, but I wish that feature came at a lower level of subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and identifying all of our target accounts in a given geographic region using an extreme amount of inclusions and exclusions used to take weeks - that timeframe has been reduced to minutes.

Don't let the price scare you away. The quality of the data FAR exceeds other tools.
