What do you like best about the product?
Excellent prospecting and informational tool. Has rich information on individuals involved in purchasing decisions as well as a snapshot of the company's technology environment which is extremely helpful in my role. I also utilize the DiscoverOrg scoops to understand a company's plans and direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to eliminate duplicate DiscoverOrg Alert emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an plan to navigate through the Organizational Chart. Identifying people in various positions for initial contact and communication.

Prospecting made easier

What do you like best about the product?
Generally, titles are correct, provides emails and direct numbers when possible, as well as the location. Able to request additional research depending on what your subscription is. They have a very good connection to Salesforce. If you find updated information it is easy to send a fix it request and you will be notified when it has been done. Scoop is a great feature that lets you know if there is a hint of a new project at a company. Very much like that, it links the leads with Linkedin profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact information is not always correct emails are older format or it is many months to years that contact has not been with the company. Creating customer searches pulls in titles not requested. Unable to directly pull into tools like Outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce is a time saver, it's one step to have your information at your fingertips. The growth of contacts in many other countries has been a great benefit. Finding where people sit in the organization. Able to set up alerts on specific companies. Employee count is accurate and very helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Able to search by company, title, country. Easily integrates with Salesforce, new contacts added all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
We've used a lot of tools. This was the most accurate of all we've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
price was a little high for our team, but ultimately i think we should have never left because other tools just dont stack up against zoominfo. occasional email errors, but this is to be expected

streamlined prospecting solution - makes outbound efforts faster than ever.

test it out and see data integrity. you wont be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to download contact information of important decision-makers that will potentially be interested in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the process of exporting names can be a little too complicated. We were having difficulty excluding previously downloaded names from new lists of names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to promote our business by sending out a useful newsletter to prospective clients

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great or best prospecting tool. It gave accurate contact information about their target companies. this is the best what I like the most about this tool.
Moreover, this is a great solution for acquiring inside information about a company.

Infact, Sales and Marketing teams love data and with with its intelligent sales tools like those offered by DiscoverOrg and a constantly refreshed database including over 400,000 key decision makers, it is exactly what you can expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Database of small companies is not included and needs to be expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used other tools as well but ample of times I got the accurate number and email ID of prospect where I have to target.

For Sales People, I would recommend this award-winning tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Best way to populate Salesforce with contacts that we've found yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to much to dislike other than the fact that with our license I can't see company data for those companies not primarily located in my state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps us find contacts in order to get past gatekeepers. You can do in minutes what might take days with DiscoverOrg.

Deep, accurate data and lots of interesting insights

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has a vast amount of contacts in the database and integrates well with Salesforce. I get value from how the contacts are displayed according to the department/position within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be cumbersome to navigate at times. We subscribe to the marketing lists, but some of the prospects we target are listed under IT (there's a blurring of the lines between marketing/tech), so I can not get access to those prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg has given me access to prospects not in other databases we subscribe to. It also integrates well with Salesforce, which saves me time in admin tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is true before contracting with any database. Know your target audience and make sure the list provider is strong within it. The various databases I have used seem to be stronger/weaker in certain industries and titles.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg brings together all the essential data for prospecting - LinkedIn URLs, direct phone numbers, company phone numbers, very accurate emails, and company org structures. My favorite tool within DiscoverOrg is their "scoops" functionality where they share real-time updates on employee changes and upcoming or completed projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While no database is perfect and because employees are not stagnant, I have occasionally found the LinkedIn URLs and contact information out of date. However this is not for the majority of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have reduced the time spent prospecting on LinkedIn to pull contacts.
