Essential for any Sales Org
What do you like best about the product?
Interface and depth of info/insights on each account

Limited credits for exporting contacts to other platforms

Lack of complete info for prospects, difficulty of finding account info in other sources

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can pick the correct contact person you trying to reach, and you'll get their email and phone number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is outdated but other than that it's a great product or tool to use for any business

I have been able to connect with companies I've tried before and wasn't able to collect the correct email or phone numbers.

It's a fantastic resource to find businesses and contacts
Prospecting Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find contacts with multiple specific titles and easily add them to cadences in salesloft. I also love the organizational hierarchy feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more organizational tools or the ability to create tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gotten so many more meetings because I know the contacts and their contact info are more likely to be accurate and not bounce. My entire workflow is more efficient.

I like that ZoomInfo covers many industries and has millions of companies and millions of contacts with accurate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo doesn't keep up with career moves, so we have to watch out for those in our own CRM.

We're able to target specific persona's at different company levels with tailored messaging.
Zoominfo Help with Exporting Data
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most potent aspects of Zoominfo is the size of the database and the ability conduct very narrow searches. We have integrating Zoominfo with Zominfo ENGAGE and HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issue where the mobile numbers (when available) in a contact's profile were not exporting to Zoominfo ENGAGE. We were copying and pasting mobile numbers into HubSpot which would update ENGAGE. This issue is corrected. However, the workflow is such that when we export from Zoominfo to ENGAGE, then HubSpot is auto-updated. When we export from Zoominfo to HubSpot, ENGAGE is not updated.
It appears that there are some significant inaccuracies for the industries with which contact and company are associated and inaccurate annual revenue information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has significantly increased our ability to search and target prospects based on a lot of different parameters. Our performance has improved as well concerning outreach touches and converting them to initial conversations and further converting to sales presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do a deep dive in researching prospects while still getting so much more from daily alerts to updated news/events for new and existing customers. Zoom makes it easier to eliminate other tools and provides you with a single application for all your needs. Their customer service is also amazing when explaining an issue and they resolve it before the call ends. Completely recommend to all users in Sales
What do you dislike about the product?
More frequent updates on customer information to be in real-time. Other than that, I feel the rest is locked well.

Solving hours of wasted time to research and discover. Benefiting from time back in my day and information gathered from Zoom for internal strategy calls

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo's integration with SalesForce and the updated mobile, email, and job titles info of target individuals. Helps save a lot of time.

Sometimes the LinkedIn profiles are not attached.

I'm able to find the right set of people to target using the designation filter and this has really helped me increase my productivity as a salesperson,

Ease of Use. Able to build out projects and mark where we stand with the contact.

If I dislike something, there seems to be a solution for it the next time I log on!

Finding the right contact information. The product has paid for itself with two placements made with contact info found on ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly is the app. It doesn't matter if you have experience or not; that's one of the upsides of Zoominfo. You'll be able to understand and use it as if you have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Credit limit (but I think is the plan we own), if by any chance you can upgrade it and have more credits, it will be even better. Also, I hate that if you stop using it for a while, it will log you out.

With this tool, I've been able to get more accurate information for the people we need to contact via email or calls. It's something that you'd never imagined to get in a single software.

I wish that all locations were shown when looking up information about larger companies.

It makes the process of contacting specific people much easier. This has resulted in time being saved.
