What do you like best about the product?
Quick access to medium and high-value company insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, information is incorrect, but this is seldom and typically results in getting accurate information after a phone call to a company or individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved for me is quickly understanding which prospects fit my ideal customer profile.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you care about how you spend your time prospecting, start using Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed information provided by Zoominfo makes sure you are a success. Contact information is detailed and Intents help you clearly see what topics you can intelligently talk about with the client. Call/contact planning is made easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information has been sketchy due to so many people moving positions and companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most people have not been working in the office. With the additional detailed contact information you have access to different methods to reach your clients and prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides invaluable information to recruiters and sales professionals. It would be impossible to do our jobs to the full extent without this resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes information is out of date or inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Individuals with private profiles are not accessible due to ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
The application provides a powerful set of capabilities for any size sales or marketing team. ZoomInfo has been helpful in locating connections at new businesses we'd like to contact. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and makes it extremely simple to use. At the end of the day, it's all that matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may need to search a little more to find the exact information you require. However, the system offers a lot of filters that you can use to limit down your searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this platform, reaching out to cold leads is easier than it's ever been. Allowing us to drill down to specific groupings of organizations and allowing us to effortlessly import org and contact-based information into our CRM reduces lead generation time dramatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using this tool you can section information to any region, title, get the data I really want rapidly. Too, Competitors Info, Tech Stack, Hierarchy. I can see how as of late the Data was confirmed which is particularly significant during The Great Resignation. There is such a lot of development on the lookout, even LinkedIn isn't so forward-thinking! Try it now!

Best Business Intelligence Tool Available

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very useful for creating accounts and contacts within various CRM platforms. I have used Salesforce and Zoominfo together in multiple roles and have been able to create accounts easily with the built-in integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little I dislike about Zoominfo, one thing that comes to mind is that there are two platforms. There is a legacy platform and then the newer more modern platform. For a while in my current role I only had access to the legacy platform which menas that the mobile app and the newer improved chrome extension wouldn't work. To migrate to the newer platform there was an increase in cost, I didn't love that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identtifying new companies that I could potentially sell into that I wouldn't have know about if it werent for Zoominfos search capailities. Also keeping CRM data clean and up to date with Zoominfo integration, I am able to do my job much quicker and more accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with SalesNav and updates quickly. If a new contact doesn't have their info yet, you will be able to see info from their past roles.

Great context on the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing so far. Would like for the contact to have their experience and past roles on their profile as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with seamless prospecting and finding contact info. Takes time out of manaually searching or going through main line. Gives you context on the company when calling the contact.

MUST NEED TOOL FOR ANY SALES FUNCTION

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is so easy to use, and the best part is it integrates well with Gmail and Linkedin. It can sync contacts, accounts, leads, and even find the right prospects using Zoominfo. It has reduced manual intervention by almost 90%. It saves time and allows sales individuals to focus on selling rather than gathering data and uploading in CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly, I do not have anything to mention here that I dislike about the tool. The only thing I'll say is that it's very addictive and makes you want to work harder and smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding right prospects
Segment the target audience
Research and identify companies who are looking up a particular technology in the market
Run strategic marketing campaigns
Most importantly, have accurate and updated data in the CRM

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to learn how to use, how reliable it is and consistent it it, how you can manage your preferences and create your own feed personalized to what you need to see. The help assistance with account executives is great too. The knowledge center is amazing for learning everything you need to know about ZoomInfo itself as well as general practices
What do you dislike about the product?
Notihng, sometimes there isn't the information you need but if ZoomInfo doesn't have it, it probably isn't anywhere. ZoomInfo is the main source!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads that fit the profile I'm looking for, seeing relevant news and data. I've saved so much time and accessed so much information that helps qualify business
