What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of prospects I am able to find for lead generation

Some individuals only have the main headquarters phone number

I am able to find new contacts in companies that I already work with

There are more contacts than I expected and pretty good contact information
Great Sourcing for Data - Big Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Through the DiscoverOrg Search tab in Salesforce, I am able to almost instantly add a new account and contacts in order to take action more quickly on prospects. This is a huge time saver when incorporating data into an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though they claim to be able to update company information on a very regular basis, there can often be contacts and company information that is out of date. This can be easily resolved however through their "fix it" request, with Customer Service having very good response times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My days are now able to be more effectively spent on contacting prospects rather than spending exorbitant amount of time researching and duplicating data from LinkedIn. The fact that e-mail and phone numbers of individuals are included is a massive help when attempting to reach out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a competitor of mine, do not use this software!

Discoverorg is still not a one-stop shop, I have to use LinkedIn to further my searches.

Endless marketing has stopped so we can make sales. Benefits have been 100's of new accounts.

I can figure out who is the best person to speak to at an organization, and I can pinpoint organizations that I would have the most success speaking with.

The support was awesome. I had a question as a user, and it was answered right away.

The ability to find company information broken down so thoroughly. I was able to find C-Level information very easily with only a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes at this moment

Best Sales Enablement Tool Ever!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, but at the same time, it is the most powerful tool I have ever used. I look forward to learning how to use it better and really leverage the power of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that not every company info is listed but that is a limitation of any product. I don't like some of the UI it takes a lot of steps to do simple things that I wish could be automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to generate hunt lists and get me to the right people with correct contact info. We did have a lot of invalid information in our CRM.

The videos kept me engaged and were easy to follow.

Most people might not say this but I like quizzes throughout the videos so I can gauge where I'm at and make sure I'm keeping up.

I was using it for sales and it helps me find contacts. This is extremely helpful because it points me in the right direction and gets me in touch with the right people.

It is just a matter of playing around and getting used to what works best for you, I would recommend using advanced search and watching the training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
For planning and prioritizing, the ability to quickly look across very large data sets and slice and dice (sort and filter) based on key criteria is very useful.
From an account a profile perspective, the data is good and continues to get better (updated).

Sometimes the general phone numbers at the account level are not accurate, or are an international number even though the company is based in the US. This is only an issue in the absence of direct phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to research companies and the technologies they are utilizing so I can best target who to contact. Knowing who is currently in charge of certain technologies best helps me target and work effectively with companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more up to date scoops and relevant to my industry. If there were a way to include specific technology products companies are looking into that would be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out key contacts at organizations who I need to be getting in touch with. I am seeing benefits on finding more than just email addresses. I am finding phone numbers, the experience certain key decision makers have and where I can have the best opportunity to win deals.
