For Basic Contact Prospecting, Look No Further

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most complete source of information for finding new leads used in our lead generation and analytics process. The export process is flawless and allows us easily manipulate and analyze the data. The search process is simple, and efficient returning results within the specified criteria. There is a plethora of tutorials at your fingertips to address any questions you might come across.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I dislike about Zoominfo except the occasional hiccup with the enhance and export functions but the efficiency of when it does works makes it worth overlooking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo simplifies our lead generation process by helping us find and cross reference hot leads for marketing and sales efforts. The wealth of information Zoominfo provides and the ease to which we can export makes this the ideal service for all lead and new contact prospecting efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, give it a shot, it will change you're sales and marketing strategy if used correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
The info is updated often and accurately. Exporting to outreach is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the number of employees at companies is inaccurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info has made self sourcing and prospecting easier for me

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to get the direct phone number and email address of many of the key people at an institution I am trying to contact. This has saved hours upon hours of research to track down key contacts at a institution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I face is that some of the contracts do not list direct numbers and have general phone numbers listed. Many times you cannot reach the contact as the number listed is for a call center and they will not transfer you to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching the key people in an organization. This tools has saved hours of research on web sites, LinkedIn and other sites trying to track down key players in an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, worth the money.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the tool is to use and that a simple search provides all of the accessible information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some profiles aren't entirely up to date with emails or direct numbers but at least gives you the basics needed to dive in further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, the most difficult part is connecting with new clients. ZoomInfo is providing me the tool to find all their contact information in one place. Between direct office lines, HQ number, cell phones, and addresses I now have a number of different avenues to reach out to each target of mine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend at least starting with a trial to see if it will work for you. I have found it incredibly beneficial, especially the upgrades which are available.

Exceeding Expectations

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is set up with ease of use in mind, is fluid, has a lot of thought out links to a contact's linkedIn, and is a very smooth system overall
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the titles are a little out of date, that being said, it is all based on ZoomInfo business model so it is to be expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems, ZoomInfo has allowed my company to talk to the right people with VERY high success rates for the right contact. It is the exception not the rule that I will find the contacts that I am looking for in a niche market with a lot of C-Suite level individuals on the site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the perfect product if you have a niche market you are attempting to get into. C-Suite individuals are common and the system is perfect if you have a CRM that you want to fill with your future prospects. Pleasantly surprisingly rare to not be able to find a contact I am looking for.

I like being able to find the person you need to target fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that sometimes the contacts are not updated and the email will get bounced back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find qualified leads faster and bring in more business for my company.

Extremely Effective Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
For a growth organization like ourselves, they ability to quickly qualify an account based on EE size, tech, etc all from their website is incredibly valuable. Then, once qualified, I can easily export both the account and contacts into Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is some of the contact data, current position, address, employee status can be stale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to build out my territory with accounts I would not otherwise be aware. This greatly increases my prospecting efforts and ability to generate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great platform to obtain information about people. As a research analyst, I derive a lot of benefits from ZoomInfo. It helps us a lot in generating data-driven inputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1500 profile limit per month is a bit of a disadvantage for high-level researchers who completely rely on ZoomInfo for their inputs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some information that isn't available on firm websites is available on ZoomInfo, which makes research altogether an easy task.

Zoominfo is a good tool for prospecting net new contacts and also finding reliable contact info, like phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
The filter when prospecting could be adjusted like the one in LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Using it to prospect and identify contact info

Get enough credits for prospecting with it
