game changer
What do you like best about the product?
When I signed up for zoom info, I was excited about the ways I could prospect potential clients for my financial services business. Moreover, whe I started using engage, I was able to organize my salesflows with ease and it's made a huge difference in my prospectin efficiency and scalalbility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was having trouble logging in and didn't get much help for a few days so I was a little frustrated by their lack of urgency addressing the issue, but it has now been resolved, and I appreciated the help I was given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am prospecting way more now and getting more client meetings. The ability to do mass searches and emails have saved me so much time over the last few months to serve my clients.
This is my favorite tool for prospecting new business!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the filters you can apply to your searches and that you can save those searches for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the company industry is incorrect and you cannot suggest a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool to get a good snapshot of a company and its employees.
Intuitive and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Automated functionality with email and calling. Engage gives you the ability to take action on all of the valuable data in Zoom Info. We can also see analytics, which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that I don't like at this point. If I had to mention one thing, it's that there isn't an integration with Connectwise CRM at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily outreach tasks. Prospecting is more structured and executable. It also allows me to see when a prospect engages with or opens an email, which is helpful for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a complete demo from their sales team. There is so much to the platform, it is important to know the value.
Easy to use and very resourceful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to increase revenue.

That you have to pay more for instights. I do not have the full access.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has so many great aspects to the platform. It makes it super easy to find contact information + roles and it also makes it seamless to find relevant information and insights on what is going on at different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I launch zoominfo it slows my computer - Not sure if the platform is just so dense that it is a lot to power or what, but it can be slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives me the ability to find new contacts, better understand organizations, see what technologies companies use already and what they are searching for to better inform my outreach!
It's been a very interesting journey working with ZoomInfo, my learning curve has escalated quickly

I love how easy it is to research for my leads and quickly find mobile, corp, and direct numbers to contact the right prospects, 98% accuracy; I love it!

I have to re-login every time you have to use the google extention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've searched and quickly found mobile numbers, which has increased my team's outreach and answer rate.

ZoomInfo is the most helpful database. If you're an SDR or researcher, you must be working with ZoomInfo
Invaluable Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found relevant contacts that I would never have found without Zoominfo and been able to connect with them through email & phone, and/or at least been given direction as to where to proceed when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! Only wish my company provided the upgraded version so that certain companies that I'm looking into weren't restricted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant contacts, knowing business size and revenue, confirming information within our system is accurate, being able to directly see contacts on LinkedIn.
ZoomInfo makes prospecting 100% easier
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo gives me all the information I need about prospects; it saves me a lot of time on my research. I can export prospects lists and upload them to my CRM in less than 5 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though most contacts have the correct information, sometimes the emails are not accurate. Also, the application experiences lag often or the search filters don't work sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With zoominfo I can find prospect information, save time for me and other sales representatives.

Define your buyer persona as best as possible since zoominfo provides a lot of options and millions of contact
I Found ZoomInfo Engage To Be Very Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can sort contacts by state and other values, and you always know exactly where you are in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a minute to learn all the nuances of how to navigate the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see that Engage is going to help me to know what contacts are new, and which ones I've reached out to so I can always know where to pick up where I left off.

The ability to create lists, tag accounts, and customers, and create a salesflow using Engage.

I haven't found anything that I would need in my prospecting that is currently not available to me.

I have been able to better qualify prospects on the front. I have been able to better target market. I have been able to reach more prospects than ever.
