Nothing like I've ever seen before!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoominfo is the very detailed data you get every time. To get this data, you can filter the results and get even more specific information related to your search.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it has an idle time limit, most of the time, you can be OOO or just simply focusing on another that and the time you spend doing it, Zoominfo will log you out and start over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Export data, calling, email and specific information related to your search.
Never imagined a tool like this one!
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can filter to get exactly what you are looking for! While doing that, all the information you are getting is 100% accurate, fiable, and what your team needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit limit. When you export data or get a massive batch of leads, you need to reduce the number of prospects due to the credit limit you receive per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling, lead generation and the ability to get 100% accurate information for the leads you need to contact or generate. This is tool is the best one I've used in a while.

What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING!! There you can do almost everything to gather all the information you're looking for. It's a fantastic app/software to use because you can filter it for precisely what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes, the website freezes and log you out if you are idle for a couple of minutes. At the same time, you have a credit limit to export data per month that I wish It could have been higher.

Lead generation and collect accurate information.

It so easy to find some business strategies that I can use for my business online. Through "ZoomInfo" my business ideas come quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use tool with a lot of great information. The customer success team is great. They made the adoption of ZoomInfo for my sales team very easy and seamless. Bradley Metz was also a very helpful AE who really went above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few windows that are too small on the user interface. I wish I had the option of making these sections bigger. I also wish I could add Chilipiper suggested meet time buttons to emails through the ZoomInfo Engage tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a must for prospecting. Great data, great numbers, great emails. The number of buyers my team is able to get on the phone has increased by a large margin. We are now in talks with bigger companies than we initially thought possible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I enjoy about Zoom Info Engage is that I can see who is engaging the most with my email campaigns. Engage helps me focus on those individuals first and on time. The analytics tool is very helpful in determining the best times to reach out to my prospects. Timing is everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only suggestion I have about Engage is that the VOIP dialer is more dynamic. In Engage you have to pick a random number for the VOIP auto-dialer, and I love the auto-dialer. Still, it needs to be dynamic in a way that matches the area code you are dialing so that there is a more probability of a prospect picking up the phone if they see the same area code calling them.

The problems that my company is solving is what we like about the system and that we are focused on the people who are more engaged with our correspondents

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to search for leads. It is extremely easy to use and makes my job so much easier! The advanced search is fantastic to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet. I like it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is incredibly easy to find the leads I need to do my job. The advanced search makes the time it takes to find someone super fast.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is extremely helpful in determining which prospects are a good fit for your products. I love the intent and scoop features. Definitely a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. I really enjoy using ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use ZoomInfo to determine which of my prospects are good fits using scoops and intent. I've been able to drill down into key stakeholders and build out org structures easily.

Zoom Info really helps streamline the prospecting process with immediate customer support whenever needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to select contacts per page rather than a select-all feature for multiple pages at once which is very time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving revenue quotas by identifying key resources efficiently and generating custom filtered prospecting lists; Major benefit is the ability to increase my outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about ZoomInfo Engage is everything I need to accomplish is within one dashboard. I don't have to go in and out of different software anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn; however, if the ZoomInfo Team notices it looks like I am struggling somewhere in the platform, they hop right on an email and encourage me to schedule a meeting. They have not ever said to me, "You are over your limit on training or even seemed annoyed with my questions. The team rocks the house on customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving lead generation, email marketing automation, call automation, email tracking, and productivity. Three times the work completed with Engage and way less stress. Wow. The ability to focus here is just incredible.
