Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy but at the same time it is very powerful and accurate

in the beginning it can feel a little overwhelming with all the bells and whistles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly getting leads with no phone numbers and it allows me to call those people now. I'd otherwise only be able to email, and I also grab mobile numbers from ppl that are tough to get on the biz line.

Broad and comprehensive sales intelligence for contacts and companies
What do you dislike about the product?
The distributed multi-database cloud application can be a challenge to use, but help is always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find appropriate contacts to prospect, and ZoomInfo solved that problem. We found more than sufficient contacts.
I've learned the basics of email marketing and campaign management through Certification training.

Intent and listMatch features are quite helpful.

After using it for a few days have not seen any issues.

If you need to utilize bulk credits, it can be expensive.

Finding new prospects. Finding other contacts in existing companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo pulls fairly up-to-date contact information. It has played a key role in being able to reach out to some important people in my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, ZoomInfo reports an individual as no longer at the company when they were actually just promoted or changed positions at said company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo intent is just another way for me to gauge what a company might be interested in and develop strategic outreach to specific contacts.
Great for Lead Generation
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is simple to use and gives great ability to find the leads you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even when setting the accuracy above 93% there are still many invalid emails.

We are able to do fast lead generation in bulk by industry and job title.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use that ZoomInfo Sales provides, making it straightforward to manage my tasks efficiently. Its seamless integration with Bullhorn makes it incredibly valuable as it allows me to directly import data into my ATS without any hassle. The ability to obtain real-time information on funding, hiring, and new press releases all in one place significantly enhances my prospecting and information-gathering process. The initial setup was also very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition. Overall, these features collectively offer a robust and efficient tool for managing my sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they could do a better job of capturing the entire organization and org charts. They sometimes have maybe 1/3 to 1/5 of the people at the company in ZoomInfo Sales. They should be adding more than that, and an org chart of the company would help me target the hiring managers for certain roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to streamline prospecting with real-time updates and integrate data seamlessly with Bullhorn, improving ease of use.
