An agile tool for sales development
What do you like best about the product?
Discover.org's software is simple to use. With little to no training a rep can jump in and immediately benefit from their software. I was quickly impressed with their offering, and that was before the training. After the training my brain pretty much exploded with what the tool offered. Would highly recommend to any colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only real gripe thus far (been using the tool for about 2 months) is that after the training where my brain exploded, I wasn't able to use all the cool tools I was shown. They should've started the training make sure we had access to what they were showing us. It took about a week...but my whole team was able to implement what was shown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cut the time spent in finding contact information for potential clients. After using Discover.org I realized how much time I had been wasting on finding the right person or that said person's info.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, finding people could not find in other competitor products, also able to find emails other products do not have

Not much so far, will continue to use to see how it goes

Ability to get peoples names, email and phone number quickly, benefits are saving lots of time

I prefer the classic view before 2.0 but its a great tool for sales teams

I don't like the 2.0 version the ease of use has decreased since the original

Finding the best numbers and emails for prospecting

we can see when a prospect opens our email or pings our website, allowing us to reach out immediately. Also, the call detail dashboard...
What do you dislike about the product?
there are a few limitations on how many emails may be sent at a time.

we are seeing improved dialing figures through the call tracking KPI dashboard.
Tellwise is great!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that you can track so much data. There are so many different reports you can pull up to help you be more successful.

Sometimes there are to many moving parts but totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call out of Tellwise and it helps to track who we have called and follow up tasks.
Tellwise Brings Enjoyment Back To Cold Calling
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise is a one of the best tools I've used for cold calling and breaking into new accounts. Their conference bridge calling, click-to-dial, pre-recorded voicemails, and data tracking make it easy to achieve 100+ calls a day. I no longer have to manually dial or leave numerous voicemails. These tools plus their email campaign have saved me significant amounts of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I could see improvement on is its CRM Integration. Integration with more CRM solutions (NetSuite) would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We implemented Tellwise to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and gather data. Tellwise has lived up to its expectations plus more. I am able to reach more contacts with less effort. The amount of data gathered provides insight on whats working and whats not working. This has allowed me to get in front of more contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you log a call and say the person is not interested it would be great if they removed them from the sales flow. This may be a feature already...I apologize if it is. The only other recommendation i have is the learning team. The L&D team that provides training needs to adjust to the audience they are presenting to. I am the main user for my company. I have been providing my own training's for reps as they better relate to them.
An Easy & Effective Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tellwise makes it very easy to upload and label contacts. The Salesflow tool is easy to use and and set up for mass email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling of salesflows could be more intuitive. Instead of having Email 1 go out in 'this many days' and 'hours' and so on, I wish there was a calendar option to select a date and time for the email to send. It would be much easier to figure out what time these emails were going to send, rather than counting hours and figuring out what time it will be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in touch with as many contacts as possible, we can reach many business contacts throughout the country using this tool and it's very simple to do with Tellwise.
Prospecting is easier with ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to shape your search to meet your requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
On certain accounts the data isn't updated as frequently as other accounts. Also that the org charts are still missing different tiers on who reports to who

Getting contacts correct information. Prospecting is easier, org charts
