Great to use
What do you like best about the product?
Whatever I'm looking for zoom info has it. I'm an AE that needs to prospect for B2B. Admittedly I'm new to my job but it only took a few days to master zoom info. Their customer support was quick with any questions I had.
I love the tagging feature, where I can tag whichever leads I think are the most appropriate for my sales campaign and enroll them in industry specific campaigns. I typically prospect for a few hours but with Zoom info I can get what I need in 45 minutes :)

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be slow. Some of the interface design doesn't make sense to me, but I'm also new to this space. What's important is that they have the information i need.
One thing to watch out for, their defaulted exporting rules don't include mobile information and other pieces of information. Make sure to visit your settings first to re-configure your settings to your desired preferences!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting a niche market that requires alot of researching. I'm still new to the job but I have great insight into any account that I look for. The rest of my team enjoys zoominfo.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend for any Account Executive to do their prospecting with zoom info. Their customer support is quick if you have any questions, they have an easy to use knowledge base which includes video (my type of learning, as opposed to just articles.
While at first using zoom info may seem a little overwhelming, it takes only about 2-3 sessions of using the platform to master it and utilize for your workflow.

Great service & great contacts
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been very helpful in finding contacts at new businesses we are looking to get in touch with. It works well with Salesforce and makes it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts aren't 100% accurate but I understand that it can be hard to stay on top of a lot of information. Sometimes there are really old contacts in there though and we sound a little uneducated when calling on people that haven't been at the company for multiple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find phone numbers to most companies that I search for in ZoomInfo. We have been able to get our foot in the door at companies and send email campaigns from the information found in ZoomInfo.

When you are deciding if ZoomInfo is for you and your business at least try a trial to see if you can get the information that you and your company need.

they have all the contact information of their company and key person of their company.

their are times that they don't their Business email and only personal email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy for us to look for the right contact information of the supplier and a good benefit for us to have the right contact and we can talk to the right person that we need.

Streamlined Prospecting with Accurate Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to find information quickly from all our sales tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce. The integration for Chrome to pull contact information very quickly is another feature that I enjoy. Building lists for prospecting and getting accurate contact and organizational information is all great with ZoomInfo Sales.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and list building, ensuring accurate contact information and saving time and effort in sales campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is a great tool to research a business's organization structure and point you in the right direction of who you should be contacting. It also keeps you up to date on recent news and projects your accounts may be working on.

Some of the contact data is outdated, but it is the most accurate tool I have found thus far.

Finding new contacts everyday, utilizing search bar to see their organization chart and better know who I am talking with.

What do you like best about the product?
When I signed up for zoom info, I was excited about the ways I could prospect potential clients for my financial services business. Moreover, whe I started using engage, I was able to organize my salesflows with ease and it's made a huge difference in my prospectin efficiency and scalalbility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was having trouble logging in and didn't get much help for a few days so I was a little frustrated by their lack of urgency addressing the issue, but it has now been resolved, and I appreciated the help I was given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am prospecting way more now and getting more client meetings. The ability to do mass searches and emails have saved me so much time over the last few months to serve my clients.
This is my favorite tool for prospecting new business!

I really like the filters you can apply to your searches and that you can save those searches for future use.

Sometimes the company industry is incorrect and you cannot suggest a change.

It's a great tool to get a good snapshot of a company and its employees.
Intuitive and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Automated functionality with email and calling. Engage gives you the ability to take action on all of the valuable data in Zoom Info. We can also see analytics, which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that I don't like at this point. If I had to mention one thing, it's that there isn't an integration with Connectwise CRM at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily outreach tasks. Prospecting is more structured and executable. It also allows me to see when a prospect engages with or opens an email, which is helpful for follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a complete demo from their sales team. There is so much to the platform, it is important to know the value.
Easy to use and very resourceful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to increase revenue.

Zoominfo has so many great aspects to the platform. It makes it super easy to find contact information + roles and it also makes it seamless to find relevant information and insights on what is going on at different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I launch zoominfo it slows my computer - Not sure if the platform is just so dense that it is a lot to power or what, but it can be slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives me the ability to find new contacts, better understand organizations, see what technologies companies use already and what they are searching for to better inform my outreach!
