Pretty good for my first time

What do you like best about the product?
It gave me lots of useful information I was looking for and was quite user friendly, which is very important to me. The pricing was mostly fair I think, I would most likely recommend this service to friends and co-workers.p
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not say that there was necessarily something I didn’t like about it. I found it very useful for what I needed and I most likely would recommend it for business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for help with marketing research and was able to get help with them.

Easy to use and quick

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all the filters you can search contacts by. It helps make my prospecting very targeted and therefore a more efficient use of my time. I only ever use the "advanced search" to retrieve all the data I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the contact information is inaccurate, but I guess that is to be expected as the only way to truly confirm the contact is by calling the account. Some times the emails will not register properly or the contact is still there but is using a different email naming convention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps me get new account names, contact names with information, and "scoops" or detailed updates of what the account is currently experiencing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search for both accounts and contacts. This is particularly useful to create lists to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the available contacts are limited. It would be nice to have all employee titles visible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to identify key players within organizations is very efficient when presenting solutions to decision makers.

Good Quality Data, huge time saver

What do you like best about the product?
Makes finding contact information a breeze, also saves time in building marketing lists. Great way to get insight into an organization- impressed with the quality of data. Advanced search and list matching are superb. They also provide great support. Our Account Manager has been proactive in helping us get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
HIgh price point, for only some departments. For example, if you have the "marketing" department info, you may be missing relevant people in other departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving time and money by not having to look for contact information manually- or buying individual lists. We've lowered bounce rates and we're not wasting time with phony numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need good data and contact info, would recommend. Pricey, but it's entirely possible to recoup your investment in saved time and good data quality.

What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface, very easy to navigate. clean layout information is broken down in categories. additional features are great such as scoops and dealmaker - gaining additional insight into your prospects calendar and buying process and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
not every tool is perfect but data accuracy - lack of data. - system integration with Salesforce could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity, network, endpoint, log/SIEM management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for prospecting for sales department.

What do you like best about the product?
The data has been about 98% accurate and we're able to find the majority of prospects in our target market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relevance of scoops could be better, and the Salesforce integration could use improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is helping us get our prospecting efforts off the ground, and we are able to work toward more of an ABM based approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy the massive repository of contacts that are refreshed frequently. The direct numbers are 95% accurate which is wonderful for powerful/reliable speed dialing. The best part of DiscoverOrg is that the org charts are wonderfully organized as well as color coded making contacts levels in the organization distinguishable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the email addresses provide typically have a 20% bounce rate. This bounce rate can severely affect my ability to mass email using gmail. A separate issue is that the direct phone numbers sometimes actually be the prospect's personal cellphone- which can make a mess of an attempt to cold call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is helping us build a massive lead list to help grow our business' sales pipeline. We have been able to expand our outreach from 100's of prospects to 10,000s of prospects after only a few days of using the platform. Not only has the breadth of our outreach increase, our targeting has become extremely accurate with the help of the org charts and linkedin account access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to buy this tool, be sure that you use it regularly. It is far too expensive to allow dust settle on it. It will certainly aid your marketing and sales practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Has the majority of companies you might be looking for, along with a good number of leads. Easy upload to your CRM. Scoops and Opp Alerts can be really helpful in finding pain points within companies you want to target.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a good amount of companies I wanted to target that didn't have many leads or any at all. Some of the prospects you find are outdated and no longer with the company, or have a different position. DiscoverOrg is fairly quick in addressing those issues if you let them know through the red wrench icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to target accounts and prospects so that I can contact those prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great product, especially now that they've acquired Zoominfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the platform is constantly updated, shows the main information I need to know in order to effectively penetrate an account and how the org chart is able to narrow down the search with keywords. Also, I like how I can build lists in DiscoverOrg and import them into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The org chart usually isn't up to date, contacts have mismatched information/misinformation and there are a lot of bugs with DiscoverOrg. I wish DiscoverOrg would integrate furhter with LinkedIn to provide the most up-to-date information on the org chart. Also, the information on financials and employees may be up to date but the employee mark is usually always wrong or is in a ballpark. What are you doing to fix these bugs? What is your current ticket time response rate? Because there have been 4 occasions in the last year where my tickets were left unresolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting made easier through narrowed down search results. You have the options to add as many or as little specifications for your vertical/market as possible. To add to that, you are able to save that search and use it for later or edit it again to specify your new targets. Even more so, you're able to upload into CRM and get straight to contacting them. Another problem we are solving with DiscoverOrg is that we're able to do the account mapping research with ease and confidence with the correct information showing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is a great way to optimize your prospecting and streamline your account mapping. If you're looking for a quick and easy to navigate forum where you can build out your sales lists and do your research in one place- on top of integrating with your companie's CRM to import all of the data...then you've found your solution. You're taking hours of research and consolidating it into a fraction of the time. Highly recommend to any sales/marketing professional.
