Great tool with great features
What do you like best about the product?
the tool is able to provide with direct numbers, board line numbers and email. Most if the information provided is right and acts as a one stop stop solution
What do you dislike about the product?
the tool needs to be regularly updated and sometimes there are miss outs. also the cost involved is high. the reachout sometimes does not reflect the contact details where the details are available on zoominfo if searched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provides with contact details which is very important in sales.

its a valuable tool for sales people and every organisation can make use of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Relevant Information - One of the best databases available in market. It has approx 80% accuracy and anybody using it would find most of data relevant.

Costing - It is not cheap and other databases same information at much lower price.
Some times the data is incorrect and there is no real way to get that right. You can definitely forward it to their team but they take long time to revert back with right information.

Data nurturing really helped a lot. We were not able to get accurate data especially direct numbers but it really helped.

Definitely buy it if you need good data.

I am often times able to find people who weren't on LinkedIn and contact information that's more reliable that doesn't exist elsewhere.

It's a somewhat clunky UI but it was easy to pick up

I like that ZoomInfo is quick, accessible, consistently updated.

limitations Imposed by the license type and some of the data is outdated on smaller companies

Direct phone numbers, contact import into our CRM and the filtering of results are huge value adds
Good B2B Data Provider -- Easy SF Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it integrates very seamlessly w/ Salesforce. I can do a quick search within SF to find contact information on decision makers within companies I'm prospecting. I've never got a bounce back with any of the emails from ZoomInfo
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular as of right now. The actual zoom info site gets really granular so I like to keep it high level on the SF plugin

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo provides a wide range of information on potential contacts and companies that can make my job as a business development representative so much easier. Without access to emails I would be lost. I can't imagine doing this job without the info zoominfo to provide me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the company information in regards to financials of the company can at times be outdated. Also the integration with linkedin can be difficult if the name doesn't match up exactly in zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoominfo for all of our contact information in tandem with DiscoverOrg. The combo of the two really does entail all information needed to do my job successfully.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say use it in combo with Discoverorg. Both of them together give us close to 100% of the info needed.

I love being able to find information for other people in and organization. Platform is easy to use and integrates well with Salesforce

I wish i didn’t have to launch to the website from the Salesforce integration at times. Info is old sometimes too.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct dial phone numbers for a large amount of contacts has proven to be a game-changer. We no longer feel like we're spinning our wheels when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have the level of title (c level, vp, director, etc) separated for more granular search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up existing contacts has been valuable. We've given new life to otherwise unusable data.
