Great for connecting the dots.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily pull and enrich contacts for our ABM targets. It allows me to really scale our outreach and target individual contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost - it is really expensive, but no one else does it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving who we want to target on a contact level. Easily pulls contact information on all levels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using some other platform, switch. This is easily the best.
ZoomInfo allows me to be successful as a individual contributor

ZoomInfo is extremely easy to navigate and has numerous different avenues to utilize as a sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do wish there was a better account scoring system in order to find my best fit target accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. They are a ton of different resources to use within ZI other than just basic contact info (webinsights, list uploader, etc)

It is worth the price- it is necessary for this new normal WFH

some contacts are out of date and so it can be annoying

The most helpful thing is to access all the data we can to complete our pipeline process.

What I don't like is that sometimes the phone numbers and emails are not accurate.

The best thing is to do my research using filters. It makes my life easier.

Always save your filters and keep learning from this tool. there's a lot you can take out of it

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how accurate the data is. The layout is easy to navigate. It gives you a more comprehensive view of a company and the contacts in one easy place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike.

Prospecting new outbound initiatves. Being able to use real data from WebSites and other trending searches.

The contact's phone number and email being able to be copy and pasted

That zoominfo cant be automatically be uploaded into my Salesforce

Problem solved: I'm now able to connect via email and phone with contacts I've never seen available - Easy accessability is the key benefit!

You need to reach all the customers in your account and this tool is the key tp doing that!

I like getting access to data about my customer that I wouldn't be able to find otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not up to date. I often find a contact listed as an employee of a company, but they actually left the company years ago.

Getting access to the stakeholder within my accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the complete information, and the google chrome extension is super helpful. I could see how any company gets a huge benefit out of this application.

Sometimes they log you out, and it isn't very pleasant

I am able to get more information on companies and employees to fill in gaps in our org. I have realized that getting phone numbers is vitally important to business development.
Phonomenal tool for sales
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know how I was living in the sales world without utilizing Zoominfo. Zoominfo is a great tool for sales not only inSAAS industry but also in all types of industry. making sales without Zoomino is a disaster. Zoominfo saves a lot of money and is able to bring a lot of new logos for each company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is sometimes (rarely happens) information about employees is not updated. For example, an employee has left the company but is still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the most accurate prospects who fit your company in a very short time, without needing to invest a lot of time o LinkedIn, the company's website, or asking the gatekeeper to find the contact person you need.
