What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the platform allows me to quickly get the contacts I am looking for my marketing initiatives

The Enage platform does not do a good job in getting results from an email standpoint.

Zoominfo Sales for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
For prospecting Zoom info's data, often including cell phone numbers married with intent and scoops is incredibly valueable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the HubSpot integration doesn't work, that's frustrating.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to build a search using criteria to match results to my ICP. If I am looking to build a large list to start a new campaign, it's super intuitive. On the flip side, it is also quite easy to get super granular using the advanced search feature.

I also love the information ZoomInfo offers on each company (Scoops, Technologies and Attributes, specifically) because that allows me to load up on the info I need. Combining high quality contact info with the contextual intel I'm able to get using ZoomInfo Sales, I always feel prepared to have a productive conversation with a prospect (whether it be the first touchpoint with them or a follow up call).

Support has been phenomenal as well, offering training calls for my team and I (shoutout Kristen Shannon and Jacey Gaddey), and following up with each of us individually to ensure we have what we need to be successful with the tool.

I use ZoomInfo literally every day and I am glad to, which cannot be said of every software in our tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are pretty small and nitpicky, but worth mentioning: I think that the UI, while intuitive in most areas, could use a second or third look. Simple quality of life functions like allowing for easier switching between SalesOS and Marketing by clicking on the icon in the top left of the screen would be nice. Also, the fields that pop up when I go to request updates on a contact record are a little restrictive. There are many options, but sometimes it would be nice to have an optional open text box where I could fill in a note that maybe doesn't pertain directly to one of the pre-existing fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we receive website traffic, not everyone will fill out a contact us form, or if they do, sometimes they will leave out some of their contact info. ZoomInfo helps fill in the gaps. Beyond that, I am able to use the tool to find additional contacts at companies already in our pipeline to get additional traction if things are stagnating with our initial point of contact. Those are two of the biggest things Sales helps me solve.

Stop moving the screen around after an upgrade to software

What do you like best about the product?
The additional information on each contact such as their linkedin profile and location is very useful for my growth plan. I also like the option of sorting the results according to certain characteristics. Altogether, it is an effective tool that contributes to the optimization of my working activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have with ZoomInfo Sales is that the contact information is not always accurate especially the phone numbers. Another problem is that the system would sometimes lock and I would have to close the program and start the search again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is addressing the issue of identifying relevant and up-to-date contact details in the shortest possible time.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to connect with the exact person responsable for making the decision. I can see the companies employee size and revenue to gain an insite on the size of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing. It runs smooth and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the notifications and updates they send routinely via email.
These are great for providing insights on how organizations and how they are operating. They asisst with strategizing on how to operate your sales cycle to have a better flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if they can add a forum where users can chime in their thoughts of ZoomInfo and other sales related topics would be helpful, espcially in the ZoomInfo community.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me solve a easier way to tract organizations and the best contact to reach out to.
They also help with prospecting tips and how to create better workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm just an end user, don't know the implementation involved but it's super easy to use. Emails get sent summarizing the people, titles, and some news on the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to consistently see the latest news on the customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account management data - saving time on looking certain things up myself.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoominfoSales helps immensely in doing complete research on the product/industry with respect to personnel handling various roles. In addition ZoominfoSales provides highly accurate data on the contact details which assist in outreach and contacting the prospects without much efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoominfoSales at times does have about 10% of data that remains to be updated. This is the only downside which can be improved in due course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Sales solves the problem of lead intelligence and market intelligence specifically for lead generation purposes in B2B space.

What do you like best about the product?
Great detailed information offered of leads that you would like to connect with prospects hard to find and zoominfo provides up to date information.

Every step of the way, Zoominfo has been standing out to provide key sources in Management with their complete up to date data wherein we as users can get their full information to reach the right decision makers. By far, we have stood out every step of the way and will want to recommend Zoominfo to our friends. I must admit that Zoominfo has provided me a better alternative as compared to Seamless.AI
