What do you like best about the product?
I like the lead list builder as well as all the contact information they provide. Typically, the information is accurate and its a great way to find email addresses and phone numbers. Also, the direct link to Salesforce is a huge time-saver. Also, the Scoops are valuable to determine targeting and gives information into what is going on in any account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the information was more up to date. Sometimes the direct dials aren't accurate and people are no longer at the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, I am using DiscoverOrg to find potential buyers of our solution. Direct import to Salesforce is awesome because it automatically creates a lead without me having to type it out in SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg is doing everything to become the best solution in the market. They acquired RainKing, as well as ZoomInfo to continue to push the envelope and become the best resource for contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Cuts my prospecting time in half. Saves me from a lot of headaches with the upload to CRM as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers are only company numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are increasing our efficiency as an outbound sales team.

It's worth the investment just by saving you time and headaches.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to get an overview of a company's structure, including financials, employees, and scoops. All in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, there are many strong functionalities to DiscoverOrg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My cold calls are no longer "cold". I'm able to go into these accounts with some background and information.

Zoominfo helps with prospecting and discovery calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed information and the integration with Salesforce. This makes it easy to target your audience with emails, phone numbers and record that information in SFDC for full visibility. Having that visibility means less wasted effort. Management and marketing can run reports to see where sales efforts have traction and turn one-on-ones into strategy sessions instead of activity discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has a lot of capabilities and I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface. The experience is great and I'm still discovering what it can do. I would like to be able to do searches without having to know zip codes. It would also be nice to be able to type in multiple locations (multiple cities or states) and see results that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can usually figure out the organizational chain of command and use that to position for a higher level business case discussion. I can easily find the number of locations, the top people in a department, top technologies a company is using and really focus my outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo helps with discovery call preparation and finding the correct person to target. It contains all the functionality you'd expect (size, location, web address, revenue, number of employees) but it also provides the number of locations, the number of people in several departments, and the specific information you need for direct sales prospecting (email and phone number).
It provides email addresses and phone numbers so you can target your specific audience. This allows you to tailor your message so it resonates and also makes it easy to plan follow up touch points.

Your limited on the number of accounts that you can export.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am quickly able to find companies and their contacts in the company. It is easy to upload into Bullhorn and refer to later for calls and targeting my sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I once a company or contact has been uploaded, you can continuously upload the same person, which makes for a lot of admin work on the back end. I also dislike that many companies only have one phone number listed, which I understand is a limitation, but is not very helpful at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are staffing for creative and marketing roles. The benefits is being able to find the buyers without having to go through the gatekeepers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to use! Good information that is mostly up-to-date. Great support team!

What do you like best about the product?
Bulk import is great for setting up campaigns.

Ability to quickly pull people from either one or multiple accounts makes my life quite a bit easier. Basically lets me spend more time prospecting and less time sourcing.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it pulls in accounts that I didn't search or aren't in my territory. Meaning that there are accounts which I did not intend to reach out to that get sucked into a campaign through the bulk import feature. It is a minor annoyance though.

Sometimes some of the information is quite outdated, but not a major issue either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time taken sourcing. Sourcing is now quick and mostly painless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
,Use the bulk import feature if you have it. It is a massive time saver

What do you like best about the product?
I like the level of detailed information DiscoverOrg provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that information on small to medium sized businesses are lacking. I don't know if my management bought the wrong package or if the data was just lacking, but I couldn't find what I needed for my target market the majority of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to grow market share for SMBs who needed automated employee timekeeping

Make sure you do due dilligence on what package you buy and what data they can supply to make sure it meets your needs.
