Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you have an email verification as it's possible that the contact may be slightly out of date. Otherwise excellent service for prospecting new clients.

I like how there are cell numbers and I live the intent section to see who has been looking for your specific product/group so you can call them.
What do you dislike about the product?
With adding it on to Salesforce, it really slows Salesforce down. Also not all contacts are up to date in ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better contacts for reaching people or finding prospects/job titles that I did not know worked at specific companies that I am trying to target.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to interact with ZoomInfo's interface, the information is consistently accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally navigating through the client or the contacts can be slightly cumbersome, but with a bit of practice, it's a very valuable resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are few resources on the market as effective for quick and effective networking and access to information; saving this time allows for an effective sales drive and follow-up with lead potentials.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the immediate access to customers' contact data. There is so much power in the dashboard. Couple the ability to see if they have spent any time on your site or are searching for your services with their contact information, and you have everything you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is so large that it seems to lag like it needs time to think. I would like to see improvement here, but waiting 5 seconds for data to load is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past the gatekeeper. I haven't called a main company line in forever. I go right where I need to. The only thing I have to bring to the table is content and timing. ZoomInfo does the rest.

The data was extensive. However, some pieces were outdated. It was also tricky to get the right data from the vendor, and it took a lot of going back and forth with them and their data engineers and team to make sure we got what we were looking for.

getting the prospects's right information, like mobile numbers and emails.

Be patient and use filters; it will make your research a lot easier.

Zoominfo allows me to easily find the perfect contacts that I need to reach out to when I'm prospecting.

That it does not have a dark mode available.

There are many things you can do with this awesome tool, watch some videos about it and everything you can do with it.

The limit on the credits for exporting leads.
