What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo is how it's given me and my team access to decision-makers in ways we've never been able to before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the training provided on ZoomInfo University and the live trainings. I feel I was missing much of the how-to basics of the system until I went in and started using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has helped my team solve our contact info issue. Before we spent hours weeding out our own information that often left us only with general inbox contacts. Now with the Engage tool, everything we have is direct contact info and automated into salesflows.

Make sure to also buy Engage

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo always has timely, up-to-date contact information. The Saved Searches that feed into my inbox on a daily basis when new contacts are added is crucial to my success. The organization chart to make sure I'm speaking to the right people is also critical for my role. ZoomInfo has been a godsend when all I had to rely on before was LinkedIn! I'd highly recommend using ZoomInfo to any friend or colleague who works in my space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to look at a person's previous employer to find contact info. Sometimes only HQ numbers are available. I wish I didn't have to sign-in every few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find the right information fast. Being able to see how a company is structured in the Organization Chart. Being able to compile searches to find new contacts.

Sometimes the extension is not the greatest.

it helps find good prospects and I can easily add them to my CRM

Easily able to find companies, and prospects information to email/ call. I love the Sales Nav extension, has cut my prospecting time in half

Easy to use, adoption is very easy as well. Veright stragiht forward and you can easily find the information you are looking for. Helps your prospecting time be cut in half!

The extension / pop out tab a lot of times will show that there is no information but when I search the person on zoom info I'll find them. A lot of people are also not up to date at their current companies. The inability for zoom to take out titles at the end of people's name on linkedin for the extension (ex. MD), as well as recognizing common nicknames (ex. matt/matthew, jeff/jeffrey, etc)

The only thing I'd say is user interface if using ZoomInfo as an alternative to LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for nearly a decade and they keep improving their data and product on a rolling basis. It's unusual in my experience to see such dedication to the constant improvement of an already strong offering.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is strongest in the United States and Canada and their data isn't as effective overseas. That's acknowledged and planned for as part of the platform, but I'd love to see progress there if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a primary tool my organization uses to find and recruit industry experts for interviews by our research staff. The range and accuracy of ZoomInfo's contact data continually improves, as has their UI/UX, especially the new Recruiter interface. The Reachout app, which integrates with LinkedIn, is also invaluable.
