What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get direct contact information, see updated initiatives within a company, and knowing that this information is verified by human beings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that humans have to verify/update information is a blessing and curse. Sometimes I find that the jobs or company hierarchy is not up to date because that information must be verified and relies largely on self-reporting from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business problem is getting in touch with individuals inside accounts that have "gone dark" during the sales or renewal process. Some benefits include: (1) the data provided through the search function help to map out and prioritize accounts in different territories; (2) being able to personalize outreach to new prospects in a timely manner through scoops.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy of use with the product first. Next would be the integrations with different platforms like Outreach then would be the amount of data available on the accounts/prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin the lack of visibility into the team and what they are doing. Because we use this as a sourcing tool for prospects it would be great to have easy visibility into what my team is doing and what records they are exporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sourcing of new accounts. prospects to call on
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product is definitely worth the cost. Only drawback might be if you deal in high volume the cost might be too much for a startup type company looking to really get going.

Discovery org did a good job . It is usefull to find out the Prospective companies with the accurate data. It will be very usefull for those who using for business streamline to get good growth in their business needs.

As if now i dint saw any difficlties to find the relavent companies as well contacts with direct phone Numbers & accurate Email Id's.

What do you like best about the product?
DO covers the gambit within the database. The breadth of contacts available is impressive and accurate to boot. Scoops and the search/ update capabilities helps me and my team stay on top of potential deal flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
the toughest part w/ DO is how the tiers of info are add-on/ priced. it's an expensive service, but you do get what you pay for. I'd like to see better/ simpler pricing, not constant add ons or up ticks in cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to have a 360 degree view in many prospects and even exisiting clients. We have acquired a number of firms, and using DO has helped us clean the master contact database when we merge CRM systems. It's also given us a better, more targeted campaign source, as the contact info is highly accurate

take full advantage of the support and roll out team; they have been immensely helpful in realizing our goals.

Great Tool- Very Accurate Data
What do you like best about the product?
Discover provides visibility to a ton of companies and the info available allows you to dive into the details of each business. The majority of the company and employee info is up to date and accurate including emails and phone numbers, which is huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have come across some companies that are relatively large in size that have very few contacts in the employee org chart. However, I realize this is all inout and verified by real people and so I am confident they will be updated when available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reducing wasted prospecting time. I am able to clearly identify who I want to contact thought the org chart and validate that with the LInkedIn hyperlink directly in Discover. I don't waste time prospecting into irrelevant contacts with this tool and process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend discover org as a tool for any company who is prospecting for B2B sales. The info, org charts, employee contacts and other insight is a huge advantage to sales reps.

i like the org charts best but there are companies where it is hard to figure out where everybody lands within an organization

too much outdated data. people not in same company or role, bad phone numbers/emails, wrong titles

great for enterprise sales, not so much for anything below that. very responsive team trying to make the platform as effective as possible and use feedback to influence decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the content and format. It's very easy to use and has a lot of good information.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of companies that are in your "domain" don't come up when searching for them and sometimes the data is outdated or old. I don't like that you have to pay a different price for access to different job titles. For example, I want access to sales personnel and talent acquisition, but you have to pay a separate price for each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to discover the size of an organization so I can narrow my focus to the right companies.

Consider what you are targeting (industries, personnel, etc) to make sure you get the right package.
