ZoomInfo puts the org information that helps me to be successful at my fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
The contact's phone number and email being able to be copy and pasted
What do you dislike about the product?
That zoominfo cant be automatically be uploaded into my Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved: I'm now able to connect via email and phone with contacts I've never seen available - Easy accessability is the key benefit!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to reach all the customers in your account and this tool is the key tp doing that!

What do you like best about the product?
I like getting access to data about my customer that I wouldn't be able to find otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not up to date. I often find a contact listed as an employee of a company, but they actually left the company years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting access to the stakeholder within my accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the complete information, and the google chrome extension is super helpful. I could see how any company gets a huge benefit out of this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes they log you out, and it isn't very pleasant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get more information on companies and employees to fill in gaps in our org. I have realized that getting phone numbers is vitally important to business development.

Phonomenal tool for sales

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know how I was living in the sales world without utilizing Zoominfo. Zoominfo is a great tool for sales not only inSAAS industry but also in all types of industry. making sales without Zoomino is a disaster. Zoominfo saves a lot of money and is able to bring a lot of new logos for each company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I can think of is sometimes (rarely happens) information about employees is not updated. For example, an employee has left the company but is still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the most accurate prospects who fit your company in a very short time, without needing to invest a lot of time o LinkedIn, the company's website, or asking the gatekeeper to find the contact person you need.

It helps you get good data from the industries you are working on.

Sometimes it doesn't have the correct numbers or emails.

It help us get the right data when prospecting and it makes it easier when using filters

Try to always look for good reviews and tutorials on how to save your filters. You can save a lot of time.

I've been able to appropriately prospect and sell to the contacts that I need
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you have an email verification as it's possible that the contact may be slightly out of date. Otherwise excellent service for prospecting new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are cell numbers and I live the intent section to see who has been looking for your specific product/group so you can call them.
What do you dislike about the product?
With adding it on to Salesforce, it really slows Salesforce down. Also not all contacts are up to date in ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better contacts for reaching people or finding prospects/job titles that I did not know worked at specific companies that I am trying to target.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to interact with ZoomInfo's interface, the information is consistently accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally navigating through the client or the contacts can be slightly cumbersome, but with a bit of practice, it's a very valuable resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are few resources on the market as effective for quick and effective networking and access to information; saving this time allows for an effective sales drive and follow-up with lead potentials.
