What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful I found is how easy it is to use this tool and find relevant information in a short time about the company or a person
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn´t find any downsides of using Zoominfo as all the information I found is very relevant and up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Researching the company- its latest updates, revenues, fundings, competitors, and pain points was very beneficial as I prepared for the call. I also found out that it takes about 16 engagements to get a response from the prospect.

I dislike that there is a limit on the credits.

If you need a database constantly updated with trusted contact information, then Zoominfo is that tool.
Great for Lead Gen and Updating Existing Client Profiles
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides quick access to thousands of records that are invaluable for both lead generation and keeping existing client profiles updated. I am able to find up-to-date contact details for key clients and avoid having to go through hundreds of emails to find the correct contact information. We are also able to pull lists of clients by industry and specific software targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any problems. We use ZoomInfo in both Sales and Services.

Nothing in particular. No system is 100% accurate, but ZoomInfo's seems to be the cleanest I've used

ZoomInfo is an excellent software that we may use in dealing with new businesses to get lead generation, this information may provide plenty of useful information.

I don't have any dislikes on this software because I never been encounter a malfunction on this. It gives exact information that you may use when it is need.

I don't have any problem that may solve on this because I never encounter problems on this. The benefits that I realized , when I need the exact information of a person it helps me a lot to find the solution in easy way .

What I like most about ZoomInfo is their help section. Thousands of pages (and videos which help me more) of things you can do, why you should use them, and how they can benefit you!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a chatbot that could point me in the right direction or connect me to an agent live. Also, I've noticed quite frequently that when exporting to 3rd party sites (Outreach and Salesforce) the name, title, email, and/or number get a little mixed up. Sometimes I have to go input the change manually, or I find only one phone line gets synced up to the account.

I have been solving a lot of data cleansing from previous employees with old emails. I also LOVE the Intent page, helps me see what other customers are searching for and target them immediately!

What do you like best about the product?
Contact/Company Tag feature allows me to group a particular set of Prospects in different lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The headlines of the export should be interchangeable and editable.

No bookmark of which prospect I looked at in a specific search.

What do you like best about the product?
We've all taken time to research a prospective customer--ZoomInfo removes the guesswork and countless Google & LinkedIn searches and condenses the most critical prospect info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't take all of the data at face value--it's a guide but shouldn't be taken as factual info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo removes the guesswork and countless Google & LinkedIn searches and condenses the most critical prospect info in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of tools available for prospecting and account research (Sales Navigator, DataFox, etc.) but ZoomInfo is one of the best tools and offers different info in my experience.
Best search engine I have found
What do you like best about the product?
The search engine is easy to use, has up-to-date information on the businesses you search, and seamlessly interacts with the Sales force program my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, how to save searches etc. After a few attempts, it became second nature, and it took around 2 hours before perfecting the search criteria properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info has solved the issues of navigating a company's gate keepers by giving you access to a company complete directory getting to the correct person in an organization, with all tears of hierarchy included in searches from the warehouse staff to the CEO. It is not just the person's name but most times direct email and phone numbers.
