What do you like best about the product?
The main benefits of ZoomInfo are its rich feature set, ease of use. ZoomInfo is distinct from similar applications that simply utilize manual procedures to collect and update information.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo provides too much data if not properly filtered. The dashboard or view is not customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The database provides plenty of useful information, a high level of overview of companies allows for a quick study.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used many different sources of marketing data - even worked for 2 of the big players - and the data at ZoomInfo is among the top in quality for B2B. Their software is extremely easy to use, even with the recent update a couple of years ago.

Zoominfo is an easy to use platform that allows me to search for specific personas across industries and companies and easily integrates to pass the contact information into our CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not up to date or does not exist for a particular contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem of getting contact information for my marketing efforts and the main benefit is how easy it is to populate information into the CRM system.

The major problem solved with ZoomInfo is finding details about a company's directory and which decision-makers to reach.

What do you like best about the product?
Engage makes prospecting and salesflow so much easier and organized. You are able to customize personal emails and tasks that work for you. I wish I would have known about this earlier in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if it would sink up with our CRM so when I log activity into engage it automatically goes into our CRM so I don't have to do it twice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesflow is something big that Engage is solving.
One of the greatest tools for lead contact data, period.

Its ease of use, the amount of data, and the insights provided by the platform.

As expected, not every contact data is available, and in the beginning, takes a bit to learn the platform thoroughly; it is well worth it though.

With the tool, I've been able to get better insights into what companies are looking for, in terms of technologies and ways of getting a more efficient service process. Contact data is a huge plus on this platform, and ways to learn more about companies' needs. It's the complete package.

ZoomInfo is the way to go for contact information. I'd call this the only tool with the necessary insights to springboard your sales game. It is relatively easy to use, and when combined with other tools for outreach, you are getting the power to be successful in the sales game.
