Crucial to my job
What do you like best about the product?
Bulk import is great for setting up campaigns.
Ability to quickly pull people from either one or multiple accounts makes my life quite a bit easier. Basically lets me spend more time prospecting and less time sourcing.

What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it pulls in accounts that I didn't search or aren't in my territory. Meaning that there are accounts which I did not intend to reach out to that get sucked into a campaign through the bulk import feature. It is a minor annoyance though.
Sometimes some of the information is quite outdated, but not a major issue either.

Time taken sourcing. Sourcing is now quick and mostly painless.

I like the level of detailed information DiscoverOrg provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that information on small to medium sized businesses are lacking. I don't know if my management bought the wrong package or if the data was just lacking, but I couldn't find what I needed for my target market the majority of the time.

We wanted to grow market share for SMBs who needed automated employee timekeeping

Make sure you do due dilligence on what package you buy and what data they can supply to make sure it meets your needs.

Scoops frequently cite the wrong suggested contact to reach out to

More discovery calls set due to having quick and reliable access to prospect data
Makes it easier to find a needle in a haystack

DiscoverOrg helps me to find candidates and reach out to them in a more personal way. Back in the day, we had to "borrow" printed org charts or phone directories. Now, finding someone is one click away.

It van be a little time consuming looking for candidate.

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoom info - except to say that more contacts for companies outside of England - (France is my main target) and in Europe would be great.

The fact that there are thousands on enterprise companies listed, each with 10s and 100s of contacts, usually with good contact info for direct communication

Sometimes the contact info is either missing, incorrect or out of date... too often for my liking in many cases

Prospecting is made much easier and gives a solid foundation for building my lists, campaigns and sequences out.

Use it as a foundation for research, supplement with Linkedin Sales Navigator.
Easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
I found this software to be very easy to use, the interface is set up nicely, and the help options allow you to navigate easily to areas of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was an adjustment from the previous software I was using (but that was a short adjustment period)

I've sped up how fast I can get the information I need for my customers, allowing me to produce more than I had in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was anxious about using this product before as I had not used it before, but I did find it didn't take long to become comfortable using Zoominfo and my co-workers feel the same way.
