A Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an excellent software that we may use in dealing with new businesses to get lead generation, this information may provide plenty of useful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes on this software because I never been encounter a malfunction on this. It gives exact information that you may use when it is need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problem that may solve on this because I never encounter problems on this. The benefits that I realized , when I need the exact information of a person it helps me a lot to find the solution in easy way .
Amazingly interactive, easy to figure out, with no shortage of help!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo is their help section. Thousands of pages (and videos which help me more) of things you can do, why you should use them, and how they can benefit you!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have a chatbot that could point me in the right direction or connect me to an agent live. Also, I've noticed quite frequently that when exporting to 3rd party sites (Outreach and Salesforce) the name, title, email, and/or number get a little mixed up. Sometimes I have to go input the change manually, or I find only one phone line gets synced up to the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been solving a lot of data cleansing from previous employees with old emails. I also LOVE the Intent page, helps me see what other customers are searching for and target them immediately!
Ease of usability and power of Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
Contact/Company Tag feature allows me to group a particular set of Prospects in different lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The headlines of the export should be interchangeable and editable.

No bookmark of which prospect I looked at in a specific search.

What do you like best about the product?
We've all taken time to research a prospective customer--ZoomInfo removes the guesswork and countless Google & LinkedIn searches and condenses the most critical prospect info in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't take all of the data at face value--it's a guide but shouldn't be taken as factual info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of tools available for prospecting and account research (Sales Navigator, DataFox, etc.) but ZoomInfo is one of the best tools and offers different info in my experience.
Best search engine I have found
What do you like best about the product?
The search engine is easy to use, has up-to-date information on the businesses you search, and seamlessly interacts with the Sales force program my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, how to save searches etc. After a few attempts, it became second nature, and it took around 2 hours before perfecting the search criteria properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info has solved the issues of navigating a company's gate keepers by giving you access to a company complete directory getting to the correct person in an organization, with all tears of hierarchy included in searches from the warehouse staff to the CEO. It is not just the person's name but most times direct email and phone numbers.

ZoomInfo is one of the best tool to find genuine numbers and business and personal Email addresses. It is also helpful in finding and extracting sale leads. It helps in profoundly know a company, its current news, updates and to know the hierarchy in a company. It provides genuine leads with quality.

It is not updated every month, so few times you can get a person who left the organization.

The most efficient and accurate prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The ReachOut tool replaced several LinkedIn chrome extensions to pull direct email and dials that were shut down. The contact search replaces several list-making platforms we used in the past. Ultimately we saved a bundle by dropping Monster and other contact platforms. I'm excited about the progress they have made on the user interface, I love the index to show the contact accuracy, and several of the new services look attractive as well. I'm confident we will be using ZoomInfo as a critical sales tool for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I search within the platform it would be better if advanced search started automatically to avoid freezing up on the search bar. Once a quarter they seem to do an upgrade or have a hack or some other issue that takes the plugin down for a few hours which can be frustrating. Most of the 'sales intelligence' they offer is from the DiscoverOrg combination and isn't relevant for my targets when it comes to intent, background, insights, etc. It's great to see how that could work for my industry in the future though ...

Strong database and reasonable credit rate + salesforce integration

Field mapping with salesforce is unclear in certain areas.

Helping to target for outbound + identify existing opportunities that are potential high priorities

With Zoom Info, you can not only use the filters to drill down to the exact contacts you are looking for, but also get email address and phone number as well as key insights to the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the searches, lists and filters all takes time, but in the end, it is the only way to get the results you are looking for. It is not so much a dislike as it is a necessary evil. There really isn't anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Developing target lists for a new territory. The benefits are immense in understanding key attributes of an organization.

Take the time to learn the platform to get the full benefits available. Doing the certification program will give you both a great refresher on sales as well as a deep dive into the nuances of the platform.

There is occasional incorrect or outdated contact information, however, that is to be expected.
