Zoominfo saves me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact if I am missing a customer's information that I can go straight to ZoomInfo, and nine times out of 10, it's there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more information sometimes or more information about more employees at the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems daily with having more customer records to call to try and get meetings.

The speed at which I can find just the right people who are looking for what I deliver.

Personnel changes are updated slowly. So contacts have been gone for over a year.

ZoomInfo for Sales Prospecting & Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo for many years for sales prospecting and account management. They provide excellent contact information, many direct work and mobile numbers which is incredibly helpful. Lastly, I love the Salesforce sync, it makes it super easy to import new contacts and update existing ones!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a fine service. I've not used the mobile app so I can't speak to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding current/accurate contact information for managing my customer accounts. It's a fast way to import new contacts and update existing contacts with accurate information.

ZoomInfo is great for sales prospecting or account management!

It is a great source to get the precise info of the leads.

At times details are too old . that a person has moved from manager to Vp level but he is still reflects as manager on zoominfo . Rest is good.

When I want to reach out to a prospect, Zoominfo gives me the correct contact info.

I can have a full view of many aspects of a Company in one location.
ZoomInfo saves on research time, and addresses the right person in the right department.

I like that I can find the right contact person, and if that person does not respond to my inquiry, I can contact someone in the same department or someone who has more influence with what I am trying to sell.
I also like finding someone with just a phone number, and I can call them directly.
I do not use the mobile contact number because I want to respect their privacy. I wait for that person to give me the number, or I will ask for it.
I also like that ZoomInfo supplies the company's history and Scoops. It gives you a common ground to commend them and engage them in conversation.

I would imagine due to the global pandemic, many people have changed jobs or even lost their position. Some contact info was not up to date.

ZoomInfo gives me entire categories of businesses that I want to target.

I am getting personal emails and cell phone numbers that I could not find from other services. Our company has benefitted from being able to contact "hard to contact" individuals.
