Makes my job easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how accurate and valuable the source contacts are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The system is easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems using Zoominfo thus far, and I appreciate the benefits of finding the right contacts to source in my pipeline with just a few clicks.
I love the ZI Database
What do you like best about the product?
The Reachout - I think it is the best feature as I do not have to visit the ZI homepage again and again for any particular contact or lead. Reachout is very helpful and a time saver for me in generating good leads. Whenerver I open a LinkedIn profile, the Reachout comes into play.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Well, the only downside is that sometimes Reachout takes more time in pulling out the data on extension. I wish if it could be faster.
2) When importing the data from ZoomInfo, I always get one extra fake contact
3) Sometimes the account names are so mixed on ZI database.
4) While generating leads, sometimes the lead has either left the company or the working title is not updated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact Phone and Direct Numbers - Apart from Mail I'd, the best ones are their phone and direct mobile numbers. In a case of bounced mail, then, in that case, the sales team can approach through contacting on their cell numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZI database is very helpful. I highly recommend using it.

Dashboard and the filter on the advance search option to filter down to my geographic area.

I use ZoomInfo for prospecting and getting specific data to bring to the table to the potential customer.

Zoominfo is easy to navigate and provides contact and business information.

Zoominfo has less clutter in the updates section, and the database can be updated more often.

I've realized that Zoominfo allows me to keep up with current news and market trends and categorize and search criteria.

The extention that it comes with that attaches to SalesNav.

I dislike how sometimes it pulls the wrong company and you have to manually change it.

Zoominfo intent, it helps the personnel to view what's going on in a company internally.

Some companies are not in the zoominfo list.

Zoom info is the only platform that provides A+ Data with direct contact numbers. It is a comprehensive suite that lets you hone your Sales skills with Zoom info University, a variety of filters that let us map our ICP. This has reduced our Sales cycle by many weeks.
1) Tags let me create a list of my prospects which can be exported or saved
2) Cleanse our data or even make it complete, from the fragmented forms.
3) Org chart is my fav which lets me see the hierarchy and makes it easy for my team to find out the right contact.
4) The scoops provide amazing insights( Tech, financials, fundings, etc ). So my team is well equipped before every meeting.

Nothing so far. It has helped us solve our problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our major problem was getting the correct data i.e email address or direct numbers. We have tried multiple platforms but were stuck somehow.
We have seen a lot of emails getting bounced or numbers mostly were board lines however zoom info has eliminated those problems.
Now we have more qualified meetings and our Sales cycle has reduced by a few weeks.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info has provided insights into companies that we want to partner with- and the information that is reflected seems to be accurate. This significantly eliminates the need to google and spend hours upon hours of searching- it's all right there at your finger tips!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more difficult to get information on very niche industries, but definitely something that is expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom info to research organizations that we may potentially partner with- size, revenue, number of employees, etc is information that is critical to know.

Highly recommend if you have a lot of contacts and people you want to have information on.

I can't really say that there is much that I dislike about the platform.

Mainly, the sales and contextual intelligence that's gained by using the platform is solving a BizDev problem. It's really been a big help.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that I can always learn more about. The integration and extensions are top notch. The scoops are a welcome addition when I want to update my talk tracks.

At times the information can be slightly outdated(prospects that have moved on, mis-matched prospect profiles w/LinkedIn)
