What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a lot of info (no pun intended) about leads and contacts within companies. It's essential to our prospecting and outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Company revenue numbers are fairly inaccurate and *sometimes* industry/sic code could be off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information regarding prospects/company contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Massive, Accurate Data: ZoomInfo boasts a huge database of contacts and companies, known for its comprehensiveness and high accuracy. This lets you find the right people to connect with for your sales and marketing efforts.
Deep Insights: It goes beyond just contact information. ZoomInfo provides additional details like industry trends, technographic data (what technology companies use), and even buying intent signals. This equips you with valuable insights to personalize your outreach.
Actionable Intelligence: ZoomInfo doesn't just give you data, it helps you use it. Tools like data segmentation, lead nurturing, and integrations with CRMs and marketing automation platforms allow you to turn insights into targeted campaigns and improved sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo strives for high accuracy, some users report occasional inconsistencies in data, such as outdated contact information or incorrect titles. This can be frustrating and lead to wasted outreach efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales tackles two major problems for me: finding qualified leads and improving my sales conversations through chorus.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo keeps on upgrading the application, Chorus is another feature, they help you verify the email id of those contact which is not in their portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
the multiple selection criteria in the advanced search is quite confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of not able to source the data, other vendors are not providing accurate data.

What do you like best about the product?
Our target audience are the North American clients and Zoominfo has huge pool of data which helps Neosoft in pitching the services and solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
so far, I am super happy with the logins, hope they keep upgrading

gives the Organization structure and details for mail campaign

What do you like best about the product?
I ike the layout and the chrome extention for easue of use. the fact that all the information you need is in one space is also very efficient. the contact information is the most correct across any platform I have tried
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be better if I had the ability to delete companies or contacts out of the saved lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides all the information you need in one place to make quicker calls to new leads withought having to use multiple tabs for researching.

Limit on being able to export in salesforce

Best think is they keep upgrading ZoomInfo, now they using AI to generate more database. Chorus is great

managing such volume of database is tricky and sometimes verified data is not there

Pool of data vertical wise, buyer data, signals, advanced search where we select multiple criteria before downloading the data, it allows us to see who is searching what kind technology on google
